At Pitchot farm, we felt very good, a quiet place with various views, where you can have a barbecue or sit in the evening by the warmth of the fire. I highly recommend!

Bill and Helen are so lovely and accommodating. A very ebullient and energetic couple. They rallied all the campers together on our last night to play volleyball as the site was closing for the season the next day. There’s a volleyball and badminton net in the middle of the field with rackets etc supplied if you just want a fun knock up. There pitch sizes are great are really generously spaced out. Loved the llamas and the fresh hen eggs that Helen left out for grabs one morning.! Couldn’t fault this place. We will be back.

Perfect for an overnight stop on our campervan adventure from London to Scotland. Super relaxed feel to the site, lots of clean porta-loos in the family camping field making it really family friendly. Flushing toilets and showers are available, also very close by. Thank you!

A wonderful small site with all the facilities you need. Bill made us feel truly welcome. A short walk from the site into the woods and to the river, perfect for the dog to cool off and swim. Some evening noise from Sandy Balls but as explained in the site description. It was handy having those site facilities right next door. We’d definitely return.

It was great. The facilities are really good and the owners are friendly. I would stay again but not on pitch 2 as it's on a hill and our bed was a bit lopsided! The toilets should also just be unisex as I used the men's when it was free and got tutted at even though there was a queue for the women and no men when I went in and the toilets were just toilets not anything like a urinal or like a load of toilets. Just single toilets both exactly the same. Anyway, that's just a detail and overall we had a brilliant time thank you!

Lovely site, very friendly will great owners.
We stayed for 10 nights and had a great time.
If you want a very quite site this my not be for you as you get quite a bit of noise from the nearby Sandyballs site.

Friendly, back to basics campsite in lovely countryside on the outskirts of Birmingham. 24 minutes from the NEC. We've been going here for about four years... we always receive a friendly welcome from Charlotte. Would heartedly recommend if you life rustic, friendly campsites with fire pits under the stars 😀

Clean amenities and quiet guests made for a relaxing visit while we explored the New Forest.

We had amazing stay at the campsite of Bill and Helen. Everything was very clean, spacious pitches and very lovely hosts. The campsite was very close to the entrance of The New Forest, which was easy to visit from the campsite.
Our kids had a good time with the alpacas, the playground and just being able to run around.

A brilliant small camp site for families with generous pitches, a games area in the middle and a young childrens play area with slide
The owner is very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Children are encouraged to help feed the chickens each morning.
The guests at the site were welcoming, many being return campers who had used campsite for years.
A lucky find for us as there are plenty of easy walks in all directions from the campsite. A short walk to the nearest inn for food and a drink.

What an excellent campsite!! Charltotte gave us great instructions of where to camp for a quiet time and it's such a large area we were spoiled for choice. We used one of the fire pits and Charlotte drove round in the evening asking campers if they needed more wood. The farm shop sold excellent food for the BBQ. We'll definitely be returning (the dogs loved it too).

The views are great. It’s very peaceful. There’s a great football goal in the barn. Tony is a friendly and interesting owner. It’s a really big field with waist high grass, so being on the opposite side of it from the loos or shower is a bit of a challenge - pitch on the loos side if you can. It’s quite a long way to get water too.

Great place for a short break. The views are stunning from the top of the relaxed field, and the trip was more pleasant with a open fire. Charlotte was amazing, and drive round to check if we required anything, also informed us of the vintage tractors which made the day!! Would gladly visit again and recommend. Thank you!!
