Bell Tents For 2023, glampers and those that want to take the hassle out of pitching/buying a tent/less baggage in the vehicle or even those that want to try camping under canvas for the first time our site has 3 (5 metre) furnished bell tents each with a separate dining area complete with seating and table. The tents have been upgraded with deluxe double and 2 single beds, carpeting and rugs , storage cabinet and mirror. We have now supplied electricity to the tents so we can provide a small fridge, recharge points for devices, In addition each bell tent has a fire pit and barbeque and a double ring gas stove. Four settings of cutlery , plates and mugs are supplied with a wash bowl. The beds are supplied with a top sheet only. So please bring what you need or a sleeping bag. Each booking is for a minimum 2 night stay and is for up to 4 people. Priced from £70/night We can supply 2 additional Disco beds bunks to take the total to six guests . The additional guests would be subject to a supplemental charge.Any queries please contact us before booking if necessary. CAMPING All are grass pitches only. and we retain the same facilities. There will be 25 pitches available. Please note at Bank Holiday Weekends it is a minimum 3 night booking. Fri-Sunday.We allow fires and Barbecues. This small site is a wildlife haven adjacent to the Severn Way, a long-distance trail which traces the river downstream. Birdwatching prospects are excellent here, and there’s plenty of peace if you’d rather sit and relax by a firepit or check out the stunning views and sunsets. The site is part of a working family farm with lots of livestock. From the farm, it’s a 45-minute walk to Frampton on Severn, which is home to the longest village green in England and the lively Frampton Country Fair (think funfair… and 400 stalls full of good stuff). Baldwin’s Brook Glamping is also half an hour’s walk away from the Cotswold Canal Trust Visitor Centre by The Gloucester and Sharpness Canal if you’d like to grab a spot on a boat trip or sip a coffee by the canal. As you'd expect from a site with such a name, there's a whole lot of space in which to relax and explore at 5 Acres, a large grassy site in the Somerset Levels. Kids and dogs are both welcome on site here, and there's plenty of scope for them to run about and play games safely away from barbecues and campfires (which are also permitted to keep you warm and fed in the evenings). Facilities on site include firepits, a toilet and shower block and outdoor sinks with mains water. Dogs must be kept on leads at all time. We class ourselves as a quite site so no amplified music. Mains hook ups are 6Amp max rated. Pitches are approximately 16m x 20m. The flag, firepit and pitch number line up in the centre of your pitch. The surrounding Somerset Levels aren’t just out in the sticks – they also produce them. Willow cane has been cultivated the traditional way in this part of the county for hundreds of years and can be seen growing within a mile of 5 Acres. The Levels are also a wildlife haven, making them an all-round top choice for country walks along the many trails nearby. And while this may be a rural retreat, it's also one that's easy to get to as it's just off the A378 (no winding country lanes to negotiate for this one…) Taunton town centre, with its wide range of shops and supermarkets, is a 15-minute drive away. The closest pub and coffee shop are five minutes away by road.

The campsite is set in beautiful surroundings, right in the middle of nowhere! The area is stunning and has lots of great walks nearby that our dogs loved. The campsite is in a quiet area, great for when you want to escape for a tranquil weekend! The hill is a little steep, which may be tricky for people with mobility issues, but otherwise it is wonderful. The farm has a few animals which our kids loved visiting, and several red kites were proudly flying over throughout the day; this is a great place for nature lovers. The toilet and shower facilities need a little TLC, but everything works fine. I avoided the portaloos though, not my cup of tea. We will definitely visit again, it is such a lovely spot hidden away in a truly beautiful spot.

Had a beautiful stay. The hut was clean and well equipped. The shower was a bit lacking but better than nowt. I particularly loved that the hut was enclosed in its own paddock so my dog was contained and I could relax. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a log. Had a visit from a peacock as the sun went down each evening, how cool!

The cabin itself was an utter delight and more than I would've expected, both in terms of amenities available, and the quality therein. Very easy to both cook on site and enjoy the farm itself, and to head out into the countryside. Plus the cows were such a special treat to see!

The Cider Site is a small family run camping site, which made it feel very intimate and homely. The views are great and you feel relaxed and part of nature. We stayed right at the end of the season (the last weekend of October), so it was quiet and the Cider Bar was closed.....but we'll be back another time to sample the home made Cider :). The facilities are good - warm shower, towel rail, toilet. This site is on the border of Hereford and Abergavenny, so perfectly placed to explore either, which we did! Great location! Great find! :)

We had a lovely time staying here. The shepherd's hut was attractive, cosy and well equipped. Because we stayed at the end of October we unfortunately didn't make use of all the outside seating, which would be lovely in summer. So once it gets dark, it is very quiet and isolated, so just be prepared to cosy up inside with books etc. In the daytimes we liked exploring the local villages and some amazing pubs on our bikes.

The Hen's Dens at Orchard Organic Farm is our small and unique site offering three timber tents / glamping pods - The Hen's Dens and six individual camping pitches all set within our organic farm orchards. Each accommodates 2 people Campers can upgrade at extra cost to a pre-pitched tent on this site, complete with bedding, both have a full range of facilities kitchen kit. In easy reach of lakes, forest, coast and Cardiff Bay. 10 minutes walk to Eastbrook train station and cycle routes. It's an urban oasis between the road and commuter rail line, it's screened from the road which is 40 metres away but expect some traffic/train noise. Ideal for cycle tourers and walkers who enjoy the wild camp style but also want access to the city. Indoor shared bathroom with shower and phone charging. Wifi works near to the house. Wood-burning BBQ next to tent or use the wood-burning stove in our garden marquee. They have chickens ducks and a very friendly cat! So unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs. We are new to HipCamp but have hosted over 700 visitors from around the world in our two caravans. We don't take tent bookings from October 20th. until April 20th. Find us on Air BnB for winter caravan accommodation. Set in the heart of rural Blackmore Vale, Henstridge Golf Resort is the perfect retreat providing the best of leisure and relaxation. Over 70 stunning acres. Acquired by Lee Park Estates for being in one of the most peaceful and picturesque parts of England. Close to the Sherborne and Shaftesbury and right on the border of Dorset and Somerset. We have a well stocked coarse fishing lake full of natural wild fighting fish and extending to approximately 2 acres. Within our stunning resort lies our caravanning and camping area with spectacular views of our golf course. We are open for 12 months, 365 days a year, and we have seasonal pitches available for touring caravans and motorhomes. Please note that our electrical hook-ups are limited, and come with an additional charge, please contact us prior to booking to see availability.
