We are a family run farm situated in the beautiful Frome valley. The farm has a range of interests from the traditional Jersey milking cows to a community of workshops used by local craftsmen. We're usually campers, but our stay in the Shepherd's Hut was brilliant. Really well thought out space in a beautiful field, perfect for sunrises as well as sunsets. We had great fun with the firepit/bbq! The kids loved spotting rabbits and making friends with the campers pitched nearby. Katie was really helpful and communicative - a perfect host. Definitely one to keep in mind for future camping trips!

Absolutely Fabulous place to stay. Laura the host was so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable.. We stayed in the LandPod, we loved it. So peaceful, and secluded!!! No hesitation in thoroughly recommending this Fantastic camp site. Oh, they also have Shepherds Huts and Bell Tents which looked amazing. So good we have been there the past two weekends and look forward to getting back real soon!!!

2 nights at Sindles Farm Glamping and Camping

It was so lovely to camp on Laura's land in the Hampshire Hut: it was warm and cosy at night, and there was a beautiful breeze when I lay down on the bed to read late afternoon after walks in nearby fields and on the beach at West Wittering. My friend stayed in the adjoining Sussex hut and we took over the end of the field, cooking on the open fire. We heard an owl at night and hedgerow birds during the day: the huts looked across rural farmland where buzzards and Kites could be seen. Laura was so helpful and welcoming: a wheelbarrow of the driest wood made fires in the evening easy to light. The bathrooms were very comfortable, including starlit visits in the night. We also enjoyed visiting the new Goodwood Art Foundation just 20 minutes away by car.

Weekend Trip to The T Barn

We had such a wonderful stay at the shepherd’s hut and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The setting was absolutely gorgeous, especially with the beautiful weather we were lucky enough to have — it made everything feel even more magical and relaxing. Everything was explained so clearly on arrival, which made settling in really easy and stress-free. The hut itself was spotless, well thought out, and had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely our meal at The Village Pub — it was honestly the best meal of the trip and made the whole experience feel even more special. We had the best time and would absolutely love to come back again. Such a perfect little escape to the countryside!

Weekend Trip to Swan Island Glamping and Camping

We stayed in the Swan and Mallard Pods and the accommodation was perfect in a beautiful setting. They were super cosy with electricity, an en-suite and plenty of utensils. There is Ye Olde Swan nearby, which has just recently reopened and is ideal for pub grub and a drink. Adenira welcomed us and was so helpful and friendly.. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a setting on the banks of the River Thames.

Weekend Trip to Huckleberry Farm

Our getaway to Huckleberry Farm was a gift for my husband’s birthday. Everything from start to finish was really organised and fun. Met all of our expectations. Charlotte and everyone on site were really helpful and sweet. We enjoyed horse riding and seeing the guinea pigs. We stayed in the shepherd’s hut, a clean and well maintained space that felt like home for the night. All in all a wonderful experience. Completely recommend! Thank you Charlotte and everyone at Huckleberry Farm for having Ali & I. Looking back to visiting again sometime soon!

We had the most amazing overnight stay at the Shepherd’s Hut with our three young children and our dog. Laura gave us the warmest welcome - she was so friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home right away. The hut itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kids absolutely loved exploring the surroundings, and it was such a safe, peaceful space for them to run around and enjoy the fresh air. Our dog was just as happy - plenty of room for walks and a truly pet-friendly atmosphere. Evening by the firepit under the stars was magical, and waking up to the sound of birds and stunning countryside views was the perfect escape from everyday life. Laura went above and beyond to make our stay special. We honestly didn’t want to leave!

A very warm welcome from Nigel at the site, with explanation of the site. We loved staying in one of the pre-pitched bell tents, so cosy and warm with very comfy beds! Warm shower and clean composting loo. Helpful little things like the - rechargeable lanterns for use and bottle lanterns when it got dark. A plus too, lots of kitchen ware and crockery.

The glamping tents are cosy and spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. The tents are well spaced out so there is privacy and peace. We had a BBQ and a firepit provided. Facilities were fabulous with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely hot shower. Excellent, friendly hosts. My teenage nieces and nephew loved it and well hopefully be back.

We had the best time in the Shepherd's Huts - it's such a magical place to stay, with beautiful views over the fields and even it's own little woodland walk. We spent two nights just us and our son, then my cousins pitched a tent on the third night. It was so peaceful to be surrounded by nature and have the place to ourselves. The huts were beautiful and cosy and the beds were comfy too. There was everything we needed to have a camping experience that felt both wild yet easy and with all that we needed. Weekend Trip to Swan Island Glamping and Camping

We had a wonderful time, excellent location by the river, pub and town. It was very quiet and we had enough space for our three families to run around and enjoy all the nature available! We hired the canoe and paddle boards which were fab. The beds were very comfortable and warm, toilets and showers were decent enough but did get messy quickly with all the usage. The wash up station was very basic and some of the outside benches were a bit tatty so because of that, probably an 8/10 BUT great for families.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay in a Bell tent. The tent is well equipped and the shared kitchen is a very nice and comfortable area. Electrical devices can be charged here. Nigel was very friendly and helpful and we loved his dog. The house of the owners is a beautiful, old building and adds a special atmosphere! Can recommend staying here!
