We had the most wonderful stay at this little countryside getaway! From the moment we arrived, Jane was absolutely incredible - so kind, welcoming, and full of helpful information about the lodge and surrounding area. She’d thought of everything, leaving clear instructions for how everything worked, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. The thoughtful touches really made it special - from the freshly baked bread to the delicious shortbread cookies, everything felt homely and made with love. The setting itself was pure peace and quiet, surrounded by nothing but cows, trees, and the soft sounds of nature. It was the perfect place to switch off, breathe deeply, and just enjoy the calm of the countryside. We honestly didn’t want to leave - a hidden gem that we’d return to in a heartbeat!

My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at Little Fleece to celebrate her birthday. The hot tub was lovely and we made some great pizzas using the pizza oven. Jane and Dave were brilliant hosts - it was lovey to meet you both! The homemade bread and biscuits were a lovely touch. Thank you!

What a beautiful spot. Lovely little cabin. Everything worked as expected. Hot tub was AMAZING! Pizza oven worked a treat. Loads of wood supplied. Jane and Dave were so kind and accommodating. Just wish we had more time there!

Thank you David, Jane & Tory for a wonderful stay at Little Fleece. It’s set in a gorgeous place with beautiful views! The Shepherds hut itself feels luxury - everything in there is thought of & we had the most comfortable sleep! Loved the little homemade biscuits, fresh bread & organic soap touches. The outside bath is just amazing! Also a big shoutout to Jane & David - that were the perfect hosts & so warm & friendly. They dropped us & picked up from the local pub nearby (so picturesque/overlooking the cricket ground) & got the fire going whilst we were out in the hot tub! It was perfect anniversary get away! We will be back & recommend to everyone we know!

Wonderful stay at Little Fleece. Jane was extremely welcoming, homemade bread and shortbread biscuits waiting for when we arrived. Jane was accommodating with my nut allergy making sure nothing had nuts in which was appreciated. Overall we had brilliant stay and we can’t wait to stay again! Thankyou!

Stayed here with my best friend for a girls weekend and can not recommend it enough! Stunning views, beautiful Shepard's hut, all the little added extras, making it so homely and wholesome, the hot tub is gorgeous, the fire pit was fantastic, just sitting out all night with a 🍷 catching up with each other and the🔥 keeping us warm, was utterly superb ❤️😍 we absolutely loved every second ❤️ and our hosts, David, Jane and Tory were exceptional. We are definitely booking for next year, maybe sooner ❤️ and can’t wait 🥰

Weekend Trip to Little Fleece at Folly Farm

Folley Farm was a picture perfect stay! Jane could not have done enough to settle us in, lighting the fire ready for our arrival and the gorgeous welcome pack including homemade biscuits and bread. The Shepherds hut was beyond impressive, the perfect place to switch off! We will certainly be back in the summer to make use of the wood fired bath & outdoor BBQ/ pizza oven facilities.

The perfect getaway. The hut was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathtub was easy to heat up and worth the wait. Jane and David were very thoughtful; providing breakfast items, and gave us great advice on which pub to visit the next day! Easy to get to from London on public transport.
