Jars of tea, coffee and sugar are available in the kitchen along with a couple of milk sachets. The garden is fully enclosed with a gravel and lawned area, table & seating, large firepit/BBQ and a parasol for those sunnier days! The fire pit is set up with racks, pans and all the equipment needed to cook with! The large hot tub with lights and jets is just to the side of the seating area. The hot tub is fully undercover, making it safe to use in all weathers! There is also enough space for undercover seating. There is a manual provided in the hut which features local attractions and there is a private landscaped parking area located just at the back of the hut. There is lots to do nearby and something for every and those a little further afield, local supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The site is also located on the Leicestershire Round walking route with at least 5 off road walks commencing within 400 yards of the site. Check in information, along with directions to the site are messaged 48 hours prior to arrival. Guest access Secure off road parking, waste bin, outdoor tap and hose, recycling bins, enclosed garden, hot tub and seating area, large fire pit and shepherds hut with en-suite. Other things to note Tip- it can get quite dark at night, therefore it is advisable to bring a torch. A full set of towels is provided, including a hot tub towel. A bespoke premium Shepherds Hut nestled in the beautiful countryside on the Leicestershire/Warwickshire border. Featuring sweeping views, luxury furnishings, a large en suite and an enclosed garden with undercover hot tub. This hut has everything that you need for a comfortable and memorable stay! The space The hut has sweeping countryside views and is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break! Inside there is a king sized hybrid mattress bed, seating area with a fold up table for meal times or relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils & crockery, integrated fridge with small freezer, heating with Nest controlled thermostat, induction hob, sink and draining tray. There is also a large en-suite with a rainfall shower. Luxury toiletries are provided along with towels and themed bed linen. You will also have 1 extra towel per person for use with the hot tub. Jars of tea, coffee and sugar are available in the kitchen along with a couple of milk sachets. The garden is fully enclosed with a gravel and lawned area, table & seating, large firepit/BBQ and a parasol for those sunnier days! The fire pit is set up with racks, pans and all the equipment needed to cook with! The large hot tub with lights and jets is just to the side of the seating area. The hot tub is fully undercover, making it safe to use in all weathers! There is also enough space for undercover seating. There is a manual provided in the hut which features local attractions and there is a private landscaped parking area located just at the back of the hut. There is lots to do nearby and something for every and those a little further afield, local supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The site is also located on the Leicestershire Round walking route with at least 5 off road walks commencing within 400 yards of the site. Check in information, along with directions to the site are messaged 48 hours prior to arrival. Guest access Secure off road parking, waste bin, outdoor tap and hose, recycling bins, enclosed garden, hot tub and seating area, large fire pit and shepherds hut with en-suite. Other things to note Tip- it can get quite dark at night, therefore it is advisable to bring a torch. A full set of towels is provided, including a hot tub towel. Luxury toiletries, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are also provided to welcome you.

Weekend Trip to Greenoak Hideout
We had such a lovely stay at Greenoak. The hosts were so friendly and approachable and there were lots of lovely small touches that made the yurts feel homely and comfortable. The log burners and electric blankets meant that we were warm over night and had a really comfortable sleep. We are looking forward to going in the Summer to be able to enjoy more daylight hours. The boys (4 and 7) loved all of the friendly animals and the play equipment on the land, as well as the hot tub! We will definitely book again and would recommend to our friends and family! Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to visiting again next year!

The setting was just perfect for our family of five (including two dogs and a 4 year old). The Yurt was comfortable, clean and very cosy. The private shower and toilet facilities were great, as was the hot tub. We had a trip to the local nature reserve during our stay, however think our daughter and the dogs were just as happy in the grounds with lots to explore, very friendly animals and lots of activities including trampoline and climbing walls. We had a lovely stay at Little Ranch. Rod made us feel so welcome and our daughter loved exploring the farm and meeting the animals. The hut is beautifully designed being both spacious and and cosy, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The little extras on arrival really made it special. We have a lovely little woodland walk, with a meandering mown path, that winds through our woodland/conservation area. Perfect to walk your dog, and let your kids explore. Adjoining the campsite, we have a padock with super frindly sheep that love to say hello. We sell little bags of sheep feed, just incase you'd like to give them a little treat. In the middle of the site, we have a little tots play area, perfect for keeping you're small kids entertained. We are a Quiet family site, with a Reduced Noise policy from 9 pm, and Quiet Time from 10 pm to 8.30 am. Latest check in time is 8PM, unless prearranged with the campsite. Our site has close links to the A6 and m6 J33. We are only 13 miles from the Historic city of Lancaster, the Bright lights of Blackpool and the jubilee city of Preston. 4 miles from the first fair trade market town of Garstang and 45 mins into the Lake District. There is also lots of interesting activities to do locally.
