Really well laid out site. Quite steep in places with rough ground but fine if you are mobile. Toilet and shower facilities are excellent, as is the wash up area with phone charging facilities and shared fridges.
Fantastic base to explore the area, right next to the Thurscross reservoir.

Had great weekend yurt was fantastic, great atmosphere all basic supplies we needed we where greeted and explained where everything was. Views from yurt where lovely overlooking farm land hottub was great if not used to wood fired tubs may take bit of getting used to but we had no problems. Highlight was using he hot tub then getting back in our yurt and putting the log burner on. Hosts where wonderfully really helpful would highly recommend.

Cardewlees is an absolute little gem of a campsite and Johnny could not have been a better host if he tried. This was our 2nd time at Butt Farm, and it definitely won’t be our last. We love it. The pitches are a great size. When we first arrived our allocated pitch had a tent on it but was quickly resolved, we were given 2 pitches to choose from. There are a few bbq’s which you can borrow free and fire pits for £12 per night including wood, which I think is very reasonable. Plenty of instant hot water for washing up. Fridge and freezers free to use. Nice toilets/showers, again with plenty of instant hot water (and music playing while you shower 😍). Oh and very free range eggs (chickens are loose on the site) for £2 for 6!! Brilliant. It’s only about 40 mins walk into Beverley. There’s really nothing to not like about this site. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return.

A lovely place to stay for camping with the kids, even with the midges :). The toilets were immaculate and plenty of shower rooms. We had a mix up with our pitch (i thought i had booked an electric pitch but it hadn't went through on hipcamp), the owner was brilliant and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are down that way.

Cannot recommend this property enough!
There are so many quirky and personal touches everywhere, its like a feast for the eyes, and we came back feeling very relaxed.
Great comfort and excellent facilities, didnt feel like camping at all, we will definately be returning and would highly Roe Deer cabins to any other camping novices out there.

Andy was really helpful, the site was perfect for what we wanted. Peaceful, time with the family and to go back to basic living. We will definitely go again had an amazing time. Close enough to the coast if you want to coast and lots to do around the area.

3 nights at Ewe Love Camping Pods
We had a wonderful little getaway here, exactly what we needed nice and quiet and surrounded by nature, the pod was clean and cosy and provided everything you need for a stay. The bbq was really nice and worked well. Can was really wonderful and helpful especially with a little mishap we had. 10/10 I would recommend going here and we will definitely be back!
