Weekend Trip to Bridgewood Camping - Woodland camps

The wood is beautiful and peaceful. Paul gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our pitch. Each pitch has its own small enclosure so you feel like you have your own space. They have two adorable pigs. Bring cash! - they have a lovely little hut that sells firewood, kindling and small pots of their own honey. They also have wagons to borrow so you can wheel your stuff to your pitch.

3 nights at Belan Bluebell Woods

Fabulous site. Small, but pitches well spaced so even if there were people on all pitches it wouldn't feel busy or loud. Geodome was very comfortable with heater and proper bed. Would definitely recommend and if we were to visit the area again (possibly still lots of things in the area we didn't see/do) then we would stay here again.

We went here for a few days over the bank holiday. We loved it. We had our own space out in the woods with composting a toilet close by. There was water available and a beautiful woodland to sit and build our camp fire and chill listening to the wildlife. The tawny owl hooting away added to the authenticity of being out with nature. I loved it and we will return. A great stay and a great location for those who want to appreciate nature and tranquility :) Thanks both

Beuatiful location and wonderful hosts! When we checked in, we were shown around and got to choose our pitch. The tracks are nicely led and the trollies provided made unloading everything so much easier! The toilets are better than most composting toilets and have loo roll provided. The honey is a great extra to purchase, so make sure you bring some cash! Would highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Ffosygrafel Isaf Camping

Out of our 5 campsite trip, this campsite was our number 1 site and we will definitely be revisiting again. Our camper stay at Ruth’s was fantastic. We were greeted on arrival by Johnno (apologies if incorrect name). Their site is really private and peaceful. The campsite had some great features that made our stay that bit more memorable - a communal roundhouse for campers to gather, a solar powered shower (by far the BEST shower we experienced this road trip - spacious cubicle, very clean, nicely lit up), a phone bench where you could just about get 4G which made you conscious of how much time you spent on your phone, along with a campfire, tree rope swing & quirky compost toilets. Beautiful area and lovely camping! The farm shop had lovely steaks and anything you might forget you need! Aswell as fire logs and burner pits to hire. 10/10 will visit again

GORGEOUS campsite! Sadly didn't meet the owners but the showers were gorgeous, toilets clean and the roundhouse was so cosy. A beautiful campsite in general, plus the ground was solid despite the rain! Will definitley be returning! Thanks Ruth :)

Weekend Trip to Hobby Farm

Had a beautiful stay. The hut was clean and well equipped. The shower was a bit lacking but better than nowt. I particularly loved that the hut was enclosed in its own paddock so my dog was contained and I could relax. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a log. Had a visit from a peacock as the sun went down each evening, how cool!

A peaceful area to sit and enjoy the sunrise and set in the land around you.

Weekend Trip to Hendred Farm Huts

Beautiful setting, beautiful shepherds hut! Such a comfy bed and only a few minutes walk to a lovely pub with delicious food. The views are stunning and the shepherds hut is beautifully furnished. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and really well set-up site with everything you need and a lot of heart and soul 🥰 I love that they're allowing nature to thrive all over the site. I'll definitely be back 😄

Weekend Trip to Westland Farm

Nicky and her son were very friendly and helpful. Showed us around and left us to it but when I did need them they were a phone call away and very helpful. Cabin was beautiful and so peaceful. We stayed for two nights. Walked to the reservoir which was worth it.

Beautiful cabin with the cosiest log burner! Loved the sauna and hot tub, we had a great time. Lovely hosts, they even had cute little piglets our toddler loved.

Weekend Trip to Fallow Coombe Glamping

Had the most beautiful weekend with my family. My husband and 3 year old had such a magical weekend. We had so many plans to go explore but ended up staying mostly at the camp. This little "cozy home" as my 3 year old called it has everything you need, the complimentary eggs, hot choc and marshmallows were an absolute hit! The fire pit/BBQ was great, we used it for all our cooking! The fire wood is amazing!! The shower was mom's favourite! Hot and full pressure! And then to end it all off, the bed and linen!! We all slept so well. We went to bed with the foxes and we woke to owls hooting just before sunrise! Make sure to stock up at Durleighmarsh farm shop for your groceries, so fresh and so much choice!! Great communication with Alice. Definitely will be back!!
