We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks. There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores. If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles. We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up. We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you. So please come, stay at our farm and relax. We are here year round.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Andrea's instructions were perfect. The bathhouse was the nicest I have experienced. Andrea and Michael were very friendly, authentic, down-to-earth people who welcomed me like I was an old friend. I was able to purchase farm fresh eggs, which were amazing! Interacting with the animals was both enjoyable and educational. Michael shared his animal knowledge and answered all of my questions. I felt renewed and experienced peace during my stay here. I would definitely return!

Weekend Trip to Adventures Await Retreat & Meadery

This camp is a very quiet rural location (45 minutes to Lewes and Cape May Ferry) and has a great list of amenities. The camp hosts are welcoming and very helpful. Shout-out to Dave for assisting us on arrival. The animals are cool and mostly friendly. The pool looked nice as did the meadery- didn't have time to try these. The nature walk was really nice and easy to follow. Now to the sites themselves - if you're looking at a full hook-up site, you will need to bring plenty of waste line and water line as the utility layout is challenging. Our recommendation is to call ahead and ask about site layout. Upon departure we ended up dumping our full grey and black tanks at Killen Pond State Park about 9 miles away. For those with 30-Amp rigs, do have a 50-amp converter in your electric box for flexibility in site selection. Overall, a nice long weekend stay with friendly hosts.

Weekend Trip to Private camp on horse farm

We absolutely love camping here. We just stayed for our third time. What a lovely horse farm and it's so nice to be able to walk our dog off leash. The farm dogs are very friendly and love to come over and be petted and hang out for a spell. Best part of this site for us is the fact that it's less than 8 mi from our house so it's a convenient getaway.
