If you can get a space up towards the pond or bottom as you come into the gates, you are close to the toilets - otherwise it is short (5ish mins) walk with kids. A lot of space, although it was busy on our night - so we had to pitch up next to some one - so an extra area would be good.

This was our first trip in our new camper van and my first ever proper camping experience. It could not have been lovelier, surrounded by wild flower meadows, butterflies, bees and a proud black bird we had the most perfect stay. The campsite is so well maintained, friendly and in a fab location, we would not hesitate to recommend and will most definitely be back.

The site is just a 25 minute drive from Sandringham Estate, as well as the Wash, an outstanding bay known for its wetland nature reserve. There are 35 non electric grass pitches available, suitable for caravans, tents and trailer tents. Two dogs are also allowed per pitch (although they must remain on leads). Housing up to five guests, the bell tent boasts a king-sized bed, double futon sofa-bed, single futon chair bed, complete bedding, electric amenities, a small fridge, and a kettle. We offer a selection of bell tents or you can bring your own tent. The camping is set across 2 fields and extends to 12 acres. We have a maximum of 30 tents so it is never crowded. Come and meet the alpacas, sheep, pigs, goats and horses! We also have a small fishing lake which guests are welcome to use for a small donation. We restocked last year and there are carp and several species of smaller silver fish. It is ideal for beginners and children. Any children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Setts Wood Farm is perfectly positioned to explore Tenterden and the surrounding villages, and is less than a 20 minute drive to the historic town of Rye, with the beaches of Camber, Dymchurch and Littlestone just a few minutes further.
