Absolutely loved every minute at the Hide. We stayed at the camp site for two nights. Had our own hedged in area close to the facilities. Hot showers,flushing toilets and washing up area. A beautiful view of the lake and plenty of wildlife. Probably one of the best campsites we've been to, so far. Communication with the host was fantastic. Please be aware that this is an adult only campsite, and some people chose to ignore this rule. Thank you,Natalia and Matthew for an amazing time and we have already told family and friends. We will most definitely be back. 😁

Incredible view from pitches. Secluded and quiet. Good facilities. Idyllic setting among vines & orchards, rabbits and pheasants seen on site. 2 mins walk to the reserve and fantastic day spent watching ospreys. Exceeded expectations

We had a brilliant stay at Eva’s campsite in Arthingworth. The setting is peaceful, spacious, and beautifully maintained, a real escape from the hustle and bustle. There’s loads of room between pitches so it never felt crowded, and we were able to really enjoy the outdoors without feeling on top of anyone else.
Eva was a fantastic host, really responsive and thoughtful. When there was a minor issue with another group, she handled it promptly and professionally, going out of her way to make sure everyone felt comfortable and respected. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ experience.
The views are lovely, especially at sunset, and the field is perfect for families, dogs, or groups just wanting to chill. There are clean facilities, fire pits for hire, and plenty of space for kids to run around safely.
We’d absolutely stay again, highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, down-to-earth camping experience with a great host.

Great little site , it did get busy but is the middle of the school summer holidays so it's expected ! Looking forward to returning
I met Eva the host she was fantastic,helpful and very accommodating to not just me but other guests to , great to see
Looking forward to camping here often moving forward just maybe after the school holidays if it's open 😅

My partner and I spent two nights camping this week at Cuckoo Farm in our campervan. What can I say. It was perfect. Roland was very welcoming and the whole vibe was chilled and relaxed. We ended up camping up the top with an amazing view as we went for a grass pitch without hookup, though the hookup pitches were also lovely; the whole field is beautiful with different plus points wherever you chose; riverside with trees, or friendly sheep and views! You can just go wherever you like. The facilities were spotless, and the organic farm reared pork chops we purchased from the handy shop were delicious. The directions were spot on. Thanks so much, we can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved this place. It is the closest thing to wild camping, only 12 pitches so lots of room. Toilets were clean and the pantry well stocked. The host was also nice and brought us ice lolly’s on arrival and gave us tips about the local area.
We are already planning our next trip back.

My only gripe is the site is only open for a short time in the year.

Good facilities and a lovely lady running the site. Busy at weekend but quiter in the week. Very well organised and farm animals lovely. Shop was an added bonus.
