This is a really lovely site. We stayed one night in a campervan and really enjoyed waking up next to the lake. The facilities were great and the communication we had from the show was prompt and helpful. Thankyou Nigel.

What a unique and beautiful place to have stumbled across as a last minute change of travel plans. I almost forgot I was in Norfolk, this spot is incredibly well maintained, peaceful, a dream to wake up by the water and watch the swans and heron and has all the amenities you could need for a camping trip or similar. Great location, everywhere is accessible and yet you don’t feel trapped in the hustle and bustle of the coast. And getting a HOT shower right in nature topped it off, just what I needed.

We loved everything about this campsite.
We were made to feel very welcome upon our arrival and had a spacious pitch overlooking the beautiful pond. The facilities were clean and tidy with great outdoor showers.
We thoroughly recommend this spot especially if you’re cycling through as Holt is a short ride down the rode for any supplies you may need. Will definitely return the next time we are in Norfolk. Thanks for a great stay.

Plenty of space where you’re pretty much left to your own devices. Portaloo in close proximity which was immaculate. You can pick your own pitch either in the wood, the field or next to the lake. We absolutely loved it. A great place to sit round the fire pit, listen to music, sink a beer and reminisce the good times. I found it the perfect place to decompress and forget the outside world! Took paddle boards and a kayak for a day down at Paper Mill Lock and it was perfect. Well worth a visit. £5 for all day parking, tea room and ice cream stall. The place was buzzing!! Tim’s land was the perfect base camp. Bravo Tim!!

This has got to be one of the best campsites ever. The facilities are incredible, surrounded by trees, walkable distance to a brewery, cafe and broad and never too busy even when fully booked. I'm actually hesitant to write this review as I want to keep the secret to myself!

Awesome to be able to forage your own wood and have a fire pretty much anywhere you like. Tim was very friendly and laid back. A few decent options to pitchup in a field or woods. Heads up no wild swimming there any more as stream has silted up but is still a natural spring there though and some incredbile old oak trees. Tim recommend the River Stour as a paddleboarding spot which was great and 30mins ish drive away. Subbury, henny or Bures all good for getting on the river if you that way inclined

A really lovely campsite with great, clean facilities. We had 3 perfect nights with our 3 year old daughter. Very peaceful field with lots of wildflowers and spacious pitches. Joe was super helpful and friendly when we arrived, too.

This was our first trip in our new camper van and my first ever proper camping experience. It could not have been lovelier, surrounded by wild flower meadows, butterflies, bees and a proud black bird we had the most perfect stay. The campsite is so well maintained, friendly and in a fab location, we would not hesitate to recommend and will most definitely be back.

Beautiful site with pitches round the lake and in the forest. So much wildlife including swans and bats!
Facilities are rustic and basic but clean, and the site in general is well kept with mowed meadows between wilder growth.
The tranquility of the site is somewhat disturbed by gunshots on surrounding farmland every 10 minutes or so from 7am until dusk which we presumed was an automated system to deter birds from the crops?
15 minutes drive to the nearest beach of Salthouse and 5mins to the town of Holt which has plenty of shops selling groceries, pet supplies and fuel.

So near Norwich City but you feel in the country. The facilities are great and decent pitches. People are friendly.
Buses to the city a bit of a walk but easy enough.

Excellent campsite with great features, very family friendly. Our boys loved running around and exploring and making new friends.
And while being super close to Norwich, it doesn't feel that way at all!

We stayed in the absolutely gorgeous Flint Treehouse. My almost two year old had the time of her life. We only stayed three days but I feel like I've had a two week retreat. Heaven. Thank you.

we loved camping here, the place is quiet and there is everything you need. Toilets were clean, there is a small shop where you can buy snacks. You can charge your phone for a small fee, and Linda is very helpful is sharing information and suggestions on things to do in the area. We had a great time and the children loved playing football in the field and building a den in the forest.
