1. The Lily Pad is a semi-private open space by the water (for tent or small trailer). It does not have running water or access to hot water. There is a shared toilet and a wash station.
2. The Firefly Lane is a 30-foot camper in a private site surrounded by trees. Enjoy the great outdoors! It has running water, non-potable, no hot water. Private bathroom, no fridge, no heat. There is a stove to cook inside and a fire pit and BBQ to cook outdoors. Solar powered.
For both sites :

Cranberry Camp is located 6 kms past the village of Pointe au Baril. It’s surrounded by Ontario native forest (the “bush”) and wetlands in the hinterlands of Georgian Bay. We are 3kms from Sturgeon bay Provincial Park (a nice beach!) and 3kms from the Bayfield Inlet public launch on Georgian Bay (visit the iconic pink rocks and windswept trees of Georgian Bay).
We help people create healthy homes and buildings and sought fresh air and clean water to host workshops and retreats. The property has a small house, a guest lodge for retreats, 2 lovely and private recreational vehicles (a 24’ Jayco & a 27’ Cougar) as well as a tiny home. All spaces are scent-free, low VOC and no WiFi.
Hipcamp sites are on hard-packed dirt/gravel on a driveway that runs parallel to the road in front of the former restaurant. There is a composting toilet.
We love to host people getting away from the city or taking exploratory road trips. There is water access near here for canoes, kayaks and other boats. Our secondary highway (ON 529) is fairly quiet and decent for cycling. (It's very quietnorth of the ON529A turn-off!). In the spring and fall there is a nice trail through the woods.

We caught PG in its infancy and what a treat. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The sites a huge. The put in at the lake is exceptional, with a fabulous dock and small sandy beach for easy access for canoes and kayaks. The birding was also amazing. The river was fun to paddle, but the many beaver are hard at work, and that's just nature. We look forward to seeing the next stages of development.

The site is on the lake and was quiet and peaceful. I had 2 retrievers with me who loved being able to swim. The hosts invited me to join them at their bonfire in the evening which was incredible. It excelled my expectations, could not have been a better fit for my visit. Thank you.

This was a beautiful and secluded campground with the necessities like pit toilets and a wonderful office with all the info you may need. This was my first time ever staying in Canada and I feel I got the perfect mixture of wilderness (with beautiful star gazing) and safety in an unknown country. Charming little campground on a perfectly quiet, scenic lake with sandy bottom and beach, is a true get-away. Getting there is part of the adventure, as the winding hilly roads are opportunities for more nature viewing. There are, of course many seasonal sites, but also unique domes, and cabins, and overnight serviced sites. The best part, for us, was the staff, who went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. It a was a lovely way to finish our northern camping tour!

I really loved my stay at Marianne's, it was a perfect stay. The property is a beautiful setting on the water, also quiet and relaxing.
