🌲 Oceanfront + Riverside Off-Grid Camping in Old Growth Forest Tucked deep in the wild north of Sayward, this is a truly remote, off-grid escape where ancient forest meets ocean and river. We have a small Bunkee or camping spots available. Family friendly with a small park, trails and a wood fire hot tub. Surrounded by towering old-growth cedar and spruce, our private property offers a rare chance to experience the raw, untouched beauty of the BC coast — the kind of place most people never get to see. We are fortunate to live and play here. We love to share all the amazing opportunities this land provides. 🌊 The Experience Wake up to peace and quiet explore the shoreline, and spend your days immersed in nature: * Witness salmon spawning (in season) and the wildlife it brings — including bears, bald eagles, and blue herons * Incredible ocean and river fishing access nearby. We have a dock for boats and jumping in. * Canoes and kayaks available for exploring * Unplug completely — no crowds, no noise, just forest, water, and sky *Hike along our trails to reach many private beach spots and see beautiful forests This is a place for people who want real wilderness, not a campground. 🏕️ Stay Options 🌿 Private Campsites * Secluded sites for tents, truck campers, or vans * Outhouse available * Surrounded by forest with access to river and ocean areas 🛖 Small Off-Grid Cabin * Simple, cozy shelter in the woods *Outhouse available * Equipped with a basic kitchen setup and propane for cooking * Ideal for those wanting a bit more comfort while staying immersed in nature 🚙 Getting Here (Important) We are located about 1 hour from Sayward in a remote area. Unique floating cabins, one cabin sleeps 4, the other 6 people. Everything you need for a few nights away is here. These cabins are boat-access only. We have had guests come from Telegraph Cove by kayak. They were happy for the hot running water when they got here. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the staples you will need; just bring your food. One cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed, and the living area has a double bunk bed in the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a pull-out sofa. The studio cabin has a queen bed and a set of single bunk beds in the same room. The seafood is just waiting for you to catch it! The cleaning station is ready for use! The crab and prawns are right out there, not far from your doorstep! #fishypetesbinesbaylodge
