Enjoy a relaxing time in the country! We are located just 30 minutes south of Algonquin Park, and within minutes of beautiful lakes and beaches. There is always something to do on site and the surrounding areas provide a bounty of outdoor adventure, local events, as well as artisan tours, or if you prefer, a relaxing walk down a quiet country road. Our two cabins are situated on 30 beautiful acres of rolling farmland, ponds and gardens. You can also camp or RV (there are no hookups for RVs Beyond the property's borders, you'll discover a plethora of outdoor activities, including hiking nature trails, biking, ATVing, Snowmobiling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and more. Nearby amenities beckon with opportunities for golfing, skiing, river rafting, and a wealth of adventures to suit every taste.

Enchanted Cabin Surrounded by 30 Acres of Forest

This is one of two cabins we have available on our secluded 30 acres of land perfect for a nature getaway. Experience the best of the Ottawa valley with a myriad of nearby lakes, towns, and sights. As well as the many activities available on our property; ponds and trails. Come stay for a relaxing, and fun, nature retreat!This is cabin #2, cute cozy with large screen deck. Cabin 1 has a seperate listing and is available or if you wish to stay with a larger group both cabins can be booked together.This cabin is the smaller of the two and features: a raised screened in porch, main room with a couch that folds out into a double bed, hot plate, toaster, table, and a tv/dvd. We have a wide selection of DVDs which you are welcome to borrow. There are steep stairs that take you to the loft with a double bed. Near the cabin we have a bench and book house perfect for a relaxed outdoor read. Our property has 2 ponds, flower and vegetable gardens, fields, a barn, and almost 30 acres of forest that you can explore.We have running water to the cabins from our onsite potable well via hoses from the main house. There is a private outdoor shower for all our guests located near our house. Each cabin has its own private, clean, outhouse located close by. Plenty of parking.We do allow pets but they must be added to the booking (additional fee required).1 dog max unless pre approved at the time of booking. Please bring a long leash to keep them tied up and safe when unaccompanied outside. Secluded Cabin in the Ottawa Valley

This cabin is quite large and hidden in the forest, with a screened porch and picknick table, large loft with stairs and amazing queen bed and dog friendly. Experience the best of the Ottawa valley with a myriad of nearby lakes, towns, and sights. Come stay for a relaxing, and fun, nature retreat!This cabin #1 is the larger of the two and features: a screened in porch (no bugs!!), large main room with a couch that folds out into a bed, a kitchenette, dinning table, celling fan, portable fans, tv, dvd, reliable Wifi, BBQ, picnic table. We have a wide selection of DVDs which you are welcome to borrow from! The large loft has a plush queen bed. Attached to the outside of the cabin is an outdoor kitchen and sink with potable fresh well water. This cabin is under the canopy of white pine trees providing a natural air cleaning and temperature conditioning, it’s as much as 10 degrees cooler under the tree canopy.Our property has 2 small ponds, pedal boat, flower and vegetable gardens, fields, a barn, and 30 acres of forest that you can explore.We have running water to the cabins from our onsite well via a hose from the main house. There is a private outdoor shower with change room for our guests located near our house. Each cabin has its own private, clean, outside toilet close by and easy to get to. Our water is amazing and pottable.There is a driveway right up to the cabin.We love pets! Please add them at the time of booking a very small fee has been added for extra cleaning.1 dog max unless pre approved at the time of booking. Please bring a long leash to keep them safe.
