Our land is very private and beautifully sheltered by trees all around the campsite. There is an open field as well that also has trees on the outskirts. A video is available upon request! Fenella is a small village about 7 min away that has a large convenience/ grocery/Beer store as well as gas stations and Canabis beyond belief ! Go carts, food trucks and the best Butter Tart Factory as well! Warkworth is a town east of us about 20 min and Cobourg is 20 min South of us. Many shopping experiences available. Primrose Donkey Sanctuary is down the road a few minutes which we highly suggest visiting. Look their hours up before planning a visit! We have easy access up our road about 1 km to the Northumberland Trails where you can ride your horses, cycle, ride your ATVs,walk or jog. We have goats and can provide goat walks on our own trails. Goat walks are about 30 minutes generally and $15 per walk. Our own Free Range eggs are available for $7/doz as well as firewood for $10 per bundle Dogs are welcome as long as they are constantly on a leash, as we have chickens that free range! We ask that you bring your own water and hydro please. We hosted 35-40 endurance horses and their riders in August of 2022! We welcome tents and all trailers!Bring your tents and trailers and enjoy country living on our 30 acre piece of heaven! We are located on a private road that leads directly to the Northumberland Forest Trails 1 km away! Bring your horses and enjoy miles of beautiful sandy trails. If you don't ride, we have goat walks with 4 of our marvelous goats available on our own trails. We raise pastured organically fed chickens and free range eggs available for purchase of you do so desire! We are excited to meet you!

It’s a beautiful place, very peaceful, and surrounded by nature. I saw a deer and four turkeys in the morning. Sarah and her husband are very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this lovely spot!

Solo Travelers this is a great spot! You will feel safe, have good space for privacy! The host family is sooooo kind they checked on me when their was a fox around the farm, after the bad rain storms, and even checking in to make sure I was able to get my fires going and always offered help if I needed anything. I can’t express enough how amazing this place is! It’s definitely a must stay and I will be back here for sure!

We enjoyed the peaceful space to camp overnight. Sarah was warm and welcoming and we had the chance to meet interact with the goats at their feeding time which was fun! A lovely spot. Thank you :) Lei & Ef

Très belle place tranquille, nous n'avons pas réellement profiter de la place, car nous étions juste de passage. Nous l'avons choisi car c'était la place la moin chère afin de faire un stop entre Québec et Toronto. Les gens sont accueillants et il y a beaucoup de sentier pédestre et de lac proche avec une superbe belle vu.

Perfect Camping Experience

We had a fantastic time at Sarah's place. It feels like a scene out of a Jane Austen novel. We had a great time going on a goat walk around the property, saying hello to the chickens and ducks, and feeling well-rested away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The property is still close enough to the surrounding towns and the 401 that we never felt too isolated or lost. Thank you so much Sarah for a fantastic time, and we hope to camp with you again the next time we're in town!

We had an amazing time setting up our travel trailer for the night here! The property owner Sarah, and her family could not have been more comfortable as our host. They came and greeted us and explained what, and where we were able to park. Its incredible how beautiful and peaceful some properties are and we are so greatful to experience just a slice of their heavely farm! Chickens, ducks, goats and more! We will be returning and recommend to anyone looking to get away off the beaten path.
