All around great experience. Everything was provided as listed. There was a bbq pit, fire pit, table, cabana and a spacious tenet. The walk to the lake is near, but you can also use your parking pass to park near the lake.

Great place with amazing amenities. Highly recommended! There’s 5g network, clean flush toilets and pay per use shower. Beds were really comfortable and we had a great time!

This is experience was so good. The beds are very comfortable. The check in is seamless. The bedding is all provided as well as a bin with pots, pans, utensils, paper towels, plates, mosquito spray and lots more. Show up with food, drink and clothing.

Site #27 was a truly lovely little site. This was out group's first time glamping and it was so nice to arrive and already have the tents and dining area ready to go. The tents are lovely, can be locked at night/while you're away, and there is a fire-pit for camp fires at night. The site is sunny in the morning but cools down in the shade in the afternoon, which was perfect since it was 96 degrees during the day while we were there. The site is close enough to the lake that you could potentially walk, but we ended up driving so we could bring our chairs, floats, etc. The only one thing to note is there is no bbq on site, but there is a grill over the fire-pit. We used that to cook our hot dogs & burgers and they turned out great. I highly recommend this site. Lots of space, beautiful surroundings, and very peaceful getaway!

The Host is great, they communicated with us when it is too hot and allowed me to reschedule to another time. The site is nice with comfy tents, will recommend going there again if the temperature is not too hot :)

Our Folsom Lake Glamping Trip

Very clean campgrounds. Everything is easily accessible. Our host answered right away when we got a bit lost finding our tent and was patient and helpful. All the basics were provided. Would definitely come back!

Fun for the family!

A well-appointed space! Everything that you need is provided including power generators, potable water steps away and a waste disposal on site. A cute area with a nearby lake great for kids and a ranger presentation that was enjoyed by the whole family. A little loud due to motorcycles passing on the highway, but otherwise a pleasant and memorable trip.

Easier than a trip to Tahoe

Easy to find location right after the entrance. Plenty of parking. Spacious tent. We were in #1 which is close to the road so there is some noise but not too bad. Very large bed is on a slight downhill angle and I wished it was more leveled out. The Lake area seems abit worn out but overall it’s a nice location, easy trip to the store, short walk to the main park area and bathrooms. Electricity was hard to come by and the only location were a few of the more distant bathrooms. Watch out for the squirrels. They’ll eat anything including flip flops!

Had a wonderful time with the family glamping! Beds were super comfortable, and we loved the games too. Really appreciated having cooking gear also. We loved it and hope to be back! Super close to historic Folsom which was cool to, and walking distance to Granite Bay lake area. Highly recommend!

Quick trip with my son

Two nights (in August) at this site. Everything was great. The tent was huge, and all the necessities were provided and more. Not too much road noise from Folsom blvd. Since we were staying over weeknights, very few campsites were occupied, so it was very quiet at night. The nearby restrooms and showers were clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay again. The lake is about a 5 minute walk, a little further to the swimming beach.

Amazing location, would visit again

Super comfortable, great campsite, tons of amenities. Host went above and beyond to make things available for us. They were always available and quickly responded to questions. It was a super hot weekend and one of the provided power tanks did not have charge, but the host quickly had it replaced. They provided fans to which was a blessing during this weekend. Would love to visit again!

The setup was very comfortable and cute! We loved all of the thoughtful details. We brought our own propane cookstove and firewood, and they provided the rest! We camped with two little dogs and they were right at home too.

Convenient and restful

The tent was clean, the beds were comfy, the cooking area was nicely set up, the oak-pine foothills were full of woodpeckers, the lake was just cold enough to be refreshing on a hot September weekend, and we had a great time!

Camp site was set up and ready to go all you needed to bring was your food and a camp stove. Tents were awesome. Only complaint was the distance from the bathroom was a bit of a hike and the other glamping sites weren’t close by (where the rest of our party was but we made it work!) Otherwise 10/10!

Got to love a little glamping

We have a wonderful time camping with Creative Excursions. The tent as large and lovely. Aside from food and clothes we didn’t need to bring much (though out mist fan was a life saver in the hot afternoon. It’s near the bathrooms and showers which were clean. There is a nearby road and other campsites but noise was not an issue. We are already planning to stay here again. Very much recommend!!!

I love the tent camping by creative excursion they took care of almost evrything! Si surprise when we arrived of how luxurius our camping was... Evrything is there from pan to chairs to lights and games. 😄😄😄 Our family Loved it! Definitely going back .

Tents were setup nicely as promised with beds along with neatly arranged tables under a canopy. We also found many items for convenience like lights, board games, paper plates and cups, fire starting wood, lighter etc. Campground was well maintained and had very clean bathrooms and showers. Folsom Lake was very near to the campground and had options for swimming, kayaking etc with a restaurant and rental place.

Kid friendly fun yurt camping

Loved staying in the yurts! The beds were very comfortable and there was enough room in it for a pack in play. We ran out of paper plates, but after texting the host we had a new load within less than 15 min! There are camp chairs, and shade over picnic tables which was great. The cooking stuff they provide is minimal so plan accordingly. I would suggest they add coffee cups in there if possible. They have cute fairy lights in the tent and around the picnic area. You can make a fire. The water is super low, but our host suggested a drive to Nimbus Flats and it was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding with the kiddos. Would totally recommend!
