A large quiet field all to yourself

Forest Glade
Forest Glade was lovely. A large field all for the one campsite. Will be re-booking for next year as soon as I know my dates. A private, quiet site in nowhere-land.
You will find a ramshackle woodshed and shed - the shed containing a very rustic kitchen with non-potable water - which seem accurately represented in the pictures. There was a sheet of metal on the ground where we parked under the shade of large maple and evergreen trees. Around the other side of the shed was a bathtub on its side, and two piles of pipes on the ground. The pipes are part of an ongoing project. Though not in the pictures, these too were not unexpected and kind of go along with the rustic-ness of the site.
There is excellent power - both 15A and 30A. With a 240V 30A L26-30R as a bonus.
Patrick dropped by to solve an issue unrelated to us, and was great! You could tell that the site had been tidied before we arrived, and we appreciated it.
The site is just off a private drive, so only one or two cars went by, and also a few people walked by.

This is a country location, with farms, forests and mostly paved road. This location was at the end of a paved road. The campsite was a short distance down the gravel lane. The lane was maintained to make it easy to drive down without rubbing on bush and limbs. This location is king for a quiet stay. This country road have low traffic so walking or riding bikes would work well. We also saw offroad wide trails as we drove to camp from town. The campsite has an large open area surrounded by conifer and hardwood trees.
We are self contained so we did not discuss any facilities, the host does post information.
A large campsite. There is nothing like having a 1/2 acre camp sight. The lawn was mowed and a very nice place to walk the road looking at the farms and homes.
