Throw your necessities in the back of the Kawasaki mule and enjoy a short ride to the hideout or drive to the campsite for a truly memorable campout. Geared towards camping with kids, you can take a short hike and see the grave of a Texas Ranger. Sit by a wood fire and enjoy smores. Swing in one of the two swings, play horseshoes, corn hole, and take a backroad trip and view local wildlife. For you fisherman, enjoy the newly stocked lake and catch some bass. Catch and release. The property is in transition as we are in the process of creating manicured groves and open pasture areas for the enjoyment of our farm animals and guests so expect mud when it rains and an occasional heavy equipment or tractor siting. We rotational graze our livestock between our two properties so they are not always on site. If they are not at The PARK at Brushy Creek, we invite you to come see them at the property with the big green gate across the road. There is no electric or wi-fi on property currently. All lighting is solar, or battery powered. There is water spigot at tent site and a Port-o-let near the tent area. This is the Country we and our neighbors have livestock and dogs that may bleat, bark, oink, moo, neigh, squeal, whinny, bray, or whine anytime day or night. We are located 1-hour North of Dallas Fort Worth, 30 minutes from McKinney, Sherman, or Greenville, 10 miles to Leonard, Whitewright, and Bonham and just five miles from Trenton.
