We offer 2 log cabins on a century old farm nestled on Ferguson Lake where you can relax and enjoy swimming, boating and fishing. Each cabin sleeps 6-8 individuals and features a large windowed porch, refrigerator, gas range, microwave, BBQ and is fully equipped to handle your house keeping needs. There are 3 double bunk beds in each cabin and a queen sized bed on the porch. There is running potable cold and hot water in cabin. Although there are NO in-cabin washrooms, we do provide a cabin-dedicated portion of a separate shower and washroom building in very close proximity.
The sandy beach is ideal for children and adults alike to swim and there is a dock for sunning, diving or fishing. We have a raft out in the lake for more experienced swimmers. Weekend Trip to Big Rock Eco Retreat & Campgrounds
What a wonderful time away where it felt that time stood still in the midst of falling leaves and glorious rays of sunshine. Jason and Susie ensured to meet all needs with prompt responses and, when needed, support. We enjoyed viewing the property, a peaceful boat ride and, of course, the accommodations. We didn't want to leave. A true bucket filling experience where we left feeling relaxed and grateful. Only regret is not booking an extra day.

Our third time staying at one of Kelly’s sites. Each one has been terrific, exactly as pictured. Pit toilets are cleaner and better equipped than some hotels! Kelly is a fantastic host. We really appreciated that she had her husband cut up a tree and bring it to our site for firewood as none was available for purchase and, being on motorcycles, she knew we would not be carrying any.

Weekend Trip to Big Rock Eco Retreat & Campgrounds
We stayed at the lakeside dome for two nights and loved every moment. It was peaceful, well maintained and had everything we needed. When we arrived Jason, the owner, and Rocky his very friendly dog came to greet us. He gave us a tour of the property and the other sites and answered any questions we had. We also went on a tour of the lake which was beautiful. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about the area and reccomepnded places we could go. 100/10 could not reccomend enough. We will definitely be coming back!

What a picturesque setting with SO many options of accommodation and activities. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our stay and not many other guests which made it very peaceful. This cabin is perfectly set atop a hill so you get the stunning water views without being right in the action on the waterfront. There is a bit of a walk to the cabin from parking across the road, as well as down a flight of wooden stairs to the waterfront.
The cabin was equipped with air conditioning which is very necessary in this summer's heat. The bedrooms were nicely tidied up and prepared with all the linens and towels needed. There was a delightful surprise awaiting us on the dining table with local wine, maple syrup and some other snacks.
Our host was very communicative and helpful in preparing for this trip and making himself available if we needed anything during our stay. We would love to go back with friends to rent more cabins and share the experience together.

We stayed at Kelly’s beachside tent campsite from July 29 to August 2 with our family of four. The site was private, quiet, and right by the water—perfect for fishing and spending time outdoors.
Everything was clean, well-kept, and just as described. It made for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay apart from the fact that it was very very hot du ring out trip, small curtains in the Windows would definitely help! If we had known, we would have brought something to put in the windows to block the Sun to enter, escpecially in the morning. Everything was clean and there is everything you need for your stay. It's a great peaceful place to enjoy and relax. We appreciated being able to go to the two nearby national parks, Silver Lake and Sharbot Lake. The owners are kind and accessible. Thank you for all, you have a wonderfull place!!! 🥰

We had the fortune to meet the owner Mike and his wife, they are both genuinely nice people. The camp ground is private property with a few cabins, a big lodge with various rooms and a new large barn style building that is under construction. Everything was clean, orderly and exceeded our expectations. The owner Mike was very accommodating when we needed something or had questions. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are situated beside a shallow rapid which is nice to sit by and have a coffee. The beach is well maintained and you have access to free kayaks, paddle boats etc. There is also an in ground pool and hot tub near the lodge. We will definitely be going back, this is a truly beautiful spot with great and friendly owners.

Everything was great! Big site right next to the beach with electricity, water and flush toilets very close (always clean). Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and so were the other people at the campground. Wood was delivered to our site and it was a good price for a lot of wood. Amazing fireworks display for Canada Day! Water was beautiful! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Very private and peaceful, only saw a handful of people all weekend. I had cell service at the site (a bit slow, but reliable). It’s conveniently located near Rosie’s General Store, which had everything we needed. The entire area was clean, including the picnic tables. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be coming back—and recommending this spot to others!

My wife and I had an amazing two-night stay at the Lakeside Dome at Big Rock Eco Retreat. The whole experience was peaceful, memorable, and incredibly well-hosted. Jason, the owner, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He took us on an ATV tour of the property, gave us a boating lesson, and took us out on the lake. We also enjoyed the company of his energetic, well-trained dog, Rocky. If you’re looking for a top-notch glamping experience in a dome, this is the place to go. There’s also a beautiful Hillside Dome on the property that we got to check out, and it looked just as amazing. The 3-hour drive from the GTA was absolutely worth it!

Beautiful area. We stayed in the lakeside dome which is being set up for accessibility. We got a tour of the dome on the hill. Next trip we will use that one. Very private, amazing views. Hot tub at both makes for a relaxing romantic stay. Owner was very responsive for any questions or issues and resolved quickly.

We absolutely loved staying at Susie and Jason's dome in the woods. Jason met us upon arrival and drove us through the property to the dome. He spent a good amount of time going over everything to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to operate the pellet stove and water. We happened to arrive the day a huge snow storm was coming, so the scenery was beautiful. No better place to be to hunker down! The dome was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the necessities.
Beds and pillows were excellent. The loft bed even has dual remotes so you and you partner can adjust it according to your likes. Hot tub was awesome to have a soak in at night under the stars. Added bonus was how the surrounding forest was dimmly lit up with black lights at night. All in all our time here was awesome. The only recommendation I would give the hosts is to make sure the dome is heated upon the guest's arrival. We will be back again for sure! Thanks for a great mid-week getaway from the kids!
