Just a 15-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, theatre, and the beach—you’ll be close enough to enjoy the fun, yet far enough away to relax in peace and quiet. The bungalow features a queen-sized memory foam mattress, a seating area with a table and chairs, and its own covered deck. Outside, you’ll find a two-person hot tub overlooking the hill—a beautiful spot for stargazing! Plus a cute outdoor hot shower! (April through October) The bathroom includes a Think Tank compost toilet and a sink with cold running water (April through October). For your comfort, the space has both heating and air conditioning. On nice evenings, you can enjoy a fire in the fire pit or head down to a private deck at the bottom of the hill. Check-in is easy with a coded door lock. I live in the main house with my two cats, and while I’ll give you complete privacy, I’m always available to answer questions or share local recommendations. Extras & Amenities: Two bikes with helmets for exploring downtown or the nearby Lynn Valley Trail Ample free parking in the driveway Fridge, microwave and BBQ (no cooking facilities inside) Keurig pods, cream, and sugar provided for your morning coffee Important Notes: Bathroom consists of a Think Tank compost toilet and cold running water provided for washing only (April through October). Drinking water is provided (Brita filtered). There is a hot outdoor shower from April through October. In the off season, showering in the main house is available. By a combination of good timing and good luck, I was able to make that dream come true and in the spring of 2014 I acquired this land with the hopes of building my dream water ski lake on it. 7 years later, we have a thriving water ski club and are constantly making improvements to the site. We now have decided to add some sites for rent to share this incredible property with others outside the water ski community. Site #1 is a small cabin that sleeps 3 and site #2 is a small houseboat that has been converted to a bunkie. Onsite activities include use of a canoe and paddleboard. Like most folks who’ve been bitten by the water ski bug, I dreamed of having my own lake and when I met my life partner Harald, an elite slalom skier, my search began in earnest. By a combination of good timing and good luck, I was able to make that dream come true and in the spring of 2014 I acquired this land with the hopes of building my dream water ski lake on it. 7 years later, we have a thriving water ski club and are constantly making improvements to the site. We now have decided to add some sites for rent to share this incredible property with others outside the water ski community. Site #1 is a small cabin that sleeps 3 and site #2 is a small houseboat that has been converted to a bunkie. Onsite activities include use of a canoe and paddleboard. Use of a kid's swingset and olympic trampoline. Swimming and fishing. Pets are welcome, campfires are permitted.

Weekend Trip to Boho Bungalow in Port Dover
Beth was the best host anyone could ask for! The bungalow was cut clean and comfortable We had amenities for tea coffee and she was even so kind that she shared some drinks with us because the liquor store was closed. She also provided us with a microwave that was not originally included and it did come in very handy. We felt like we bonded immediately. The hot tub was a delight and heated porch area. Beth was kind enough to allow us to use her bathroom for a shower and it was not ackward at all. We had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend staying her as it was not expensive at all.

We had an amazing stay at the cozy cabin! The beach was just 5 minutes away, making it perfectly convenient for watching sunrise and sunsets. Traveling with our 14-month-old, we felt completely safe and comfortable and the space was very baby-friendly. Gisele and Vik were thoughtful and welcoming hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories as a family and would love to come back again!

Very laid-back host. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the privacy.. Port Dover also had a lot to offer, even though it was a little chilly. It was still really beautiful to walk around, and there were still lots of restaurants and cute little stores to investigate. The sunset at Lake Erie. was beautiful and everyone was very friendly.

Gisele and Vic were wonderful hosts. The cabin was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach, just a two-minute walk away, was absolutely beautiful. The kayaks are fun and the perfect way to get out on the water. The firewood bundle was amazing—packed with plenty of wood, kindling, and paper, making it the best value you’ll find. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet close to lots of nearby attractions. A perfect getaway spot!

So lovely! Amber, husband and all staff were incredible, welcoming and hospitable. We loved staying right with the animals and enjoyed exploring and interacting with the animals independently as well as being invited to feed the animals apples & even bottle feed the babies (I assume we got lucky and this isn't always an offer). The living space is also wonderful. Comfortable, clean and stocked with all that you need. Would recommend this to anyone and stay again anytime!

Enjoy an elevated glamping experience! The Black Swan Bungalow is a private, cozy cottage/bunkie beside the main house on my beautiful treed property in Port Dover. Just a 15-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, theatre, and the beach—you’ll be close enough to enjoy the fun, yet far enough away to relax in peace and quiet. The bungalow features a queen-sized memory foam mattress, a seating area with a table and chairs, and its own covered deck. Outside, you’ll find a two-person hot tub overlooking the hill—a beautiful spot for stargazing! Plus a cute outdoor hot shower! (April through October) The bathroom includes a Think Tank compost toilet and a sink with cold running water (April through October). For your comfort, the space has both heating and air conditioning. On nice evenings, you can enjoy a fire in the fire pit or head down to a private deck at the bottom of the hill. Check-in is easy with a coded door lock. I live in the main house with my two cats, and while I’ll give you complete privacy, I’m always available to answer questions or share local recommendations. Extras & Amenities: Two bikes with helmets for exploring downtown or the nearby Lynn Valley Trail Ample free parking in the driveway Fridge, microwave and BBQ (no cooking facilities inside) Keurig pods, cream, and sugar provided for your morning coffee Important Notes: Bathroom consists of a Think Tank compost toilet and cold running water provided for washing only (April through October). Drinking water is provided (Brita filtered). There is a hot outdoor shower from April through October. In the off season, showering in the main house is available.
