T's Pond

Like most folks who’ve been bitten by the water ski bug, I dreamed of having my own lake and when I met my life partner Harald, an elite slalom skier, my search began in earnest. By a combination of good timing and good luck, I was able to make that dream come true and in the spring of 2014 I acquired this land with the hopes of building my dream water ski lake on it. 7 years later, we have a thriving water ski club and are constantly making improvements to the site. We now have decided to add some sites for rent to share this incredible property with others outside the water ski community.

Site #1 is a small cabin that sleeps 3 and site #2 is a small houseboat that has been converted to a bunkie.  

Onsite activities include use of a canoe and paddleboard. Use of a kid's swingset and olympic trampoline. Swimming and fishing. 

Pets are welcome, campfires are permitted.

Follow the dancing squirrels and singing birds to find this Tiny House in the Big Woods... a land where crickets sing as the sun goes down and chipmunks dance in the light of the moon. Where the summer night wind whispers gently through the trees and the stars glisten in the scented night skies. Next to the Tiny house is a meadow brimming with life; sweet apple blossoms, wild flowers, and honey bees to delight the senses.

Quietly nestled  near a spring fed pond brimming with fish, turtles, and frogs; this Tiny House is a welcome  retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. With close proximity to Toronto, this is off-grid unplugged-relaxation at it's finest. The space is functional, very rustic, and a bit of a work in progress. There is a wood stove to keep the space somewhat warm in the cooler months, a 2 burner propane cook top stove and kitchen essentials.  There's a BBQ and grill over the Fire Pit for your cooking needs.  It is a 5-7 minute walk from the parking spot to get to the cabin. 

ABOUT THE SPACE:

- Our family lives on the property, so there may be sounds of children playing

  Nearby attractions include hiking and swimming at Rockwood Conservation area, Bellwood Lake, hiking along the Bruce Trail in Limehouse, mountain biking at Kelso Conservation area just 20 min drive away. Lovely walks and strolls at Scotsdale Farm.  Visit the quaint hamlet of Eden Mills. The possibilities are endless.

Acorn Lodge Red Oak Forest

The campsite is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Nestled in a corner of the Niagara Region just beyond Niagara Falls.  Picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake epitomizes old town charm where you can explore the area's several wineries, breweries, distilleries, world-class theatre at the Shaw Festival, and important historical landmarks surrounded by stunning waterfront views. 

Leave your car on-site for the duration of your stay while you rent a bicycle to tour the area, sampling all that this rural small town has to offer.

Campfires are permitted, pets are welcome.

Hunter's Heavenly Haven

This unique 11-acre country property is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature at its best! Enjoy a Glamping experience in one of our cabins or camp amongst the evergreens. Sit by your own private campfire next to the beautiful pond and listen to the frogs croaking (bring earplugs), the birds chirping, and the trickling of the waterfall! Use the paddle boat in the pond or walk the property and trails to capture all of nature's wonders!  Choose from 5 unique stays!

The Tiny Cabin Retreat -has a Queen size bed, 2 chairs, fan, hydro, screen room and a fire pit

The Quaint Cabin -has 1 Queen bed, a kitchenette, bbq, TV with Dvds, a screen room and a fire pit.

The Gazebo- is on a tiny island with a Queen bed, seating inside, a fan,  a light and a fire pit.

The Little Blue Cabin- is a recent addition for 2024. This cabin features a queen size bed, kitchenette, with table, fridge, dishwashing station, firepit,  and is closer to the washrooms.

Hunter's Heavenly Haven camp - Nestled amongst the Pines is the Perfect spot for tent or car camping! 

The Town of Dunnville has great restaurants, shops, the Grand River and is a 15 min. drive to Lake Erie!

Inside our dreamy shelter for the night. Perfect calming colours, comfortable bedding and enough room to stand and move around at the end of the bed.

The view was exceptional, we slept with the curtains open and woke up to the sun crawling along the grass and pond. Couldn't be better.

Reading is one of our favourite ways to unwind, we took some time inside the cozy cabin to relax, with the gentle breeze from the window. Couldn't be lovelier. 

Sitting at the dock, cooling off our feet in the pond, and reading a good book to the background sounds of frogs and birds was pretty heavenly!

Cheers to a perfect evening! We had a really lovely time together exploring Gloria's beautifully crafted property and taking advantage of every different corner.

Fitz Farm Manor Camping



We built this home after Gerry and his dad sold their garden centre/nursery. Now Gerry is retired from running a lawn care service and Rosemary is recently retired from being the administrator of a seniors’ complex/nursing home. In our spare time, we like to garden, harvest veggies, and freeze and can produce. We enjoy entertaining friends and family- you may meet some during your stay here.

We raised a family of four boys here. (they say they were our first Airbnb guests- but they were the non-paying type.)

Our location is super quiet. In the mornings, you may hear the birds singing. At night, there may be a few crickets or a tree frog singing. 
You can walk down our quiet road past dairy farms and fields of corn, soybeans and hay. Often you will not meet a car or neighbor.

Our outdoors has been set up to accommodate 2 family reunions and 2 church picnics each summer. Sometimes that could be 40-75 people enjoying the pool, hammocks, patio and the grounds.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation or whether you are here on a work assignment. We look forward to having you spend time at our home.

Glamping Tent in the Pine Forest

We’re situated on 25 acres of forested land with trails around the property. Our canvas bell tent is tucked away in the pine forest and has a double bed, pull out futon couch and lots of battery/solar powered lighting. Get back to nature and unwind in front of a fire, lounge in the hammock or watch an outdoor movie ✨ 🏕 🪺

Our tent features, a comfy, double bed with mattress cover and pillows. The kitchen is stocked with pots pans, dishes, cups, cutlery, and everything else you need might need to make a home-cooked meal.  Bring your stocked cooler, ice, linens and blankets, a flashlight and firewood, let us handle the rest!

We allow pets in our tent. Look under EXTRAS to add the the fee and let us know who's coming!
