I have a nice grassy and gravel space on the side of my home for an RV or a tent with easy access to a hose and electricity and extra parking. Nova Scotia is experiencing very dry weather with little rain in sight. I'm on well water and the water levels are low. I can offer bottled water for necessities but water usage from my home is limited. My backyard also has an above ground pool (currently being repaired) and firepit (when fires are allowed) for extra convenience. My yard is surrounded by trees and we often have wildlife visit us. It is very quiet and serene. It's a family oriented neighborhood so you will see and hear kids. Everyone helps each other out. We are also located 6km to Rainbow Haven Beach, 3km to the Cow Bay Moose and 3km to the local grocery store. Also 9.7km from the Woodside Ferry Terminal and 800m from the closest city bus stop.

Nicely treed with grassy clearings, this waterfront property has a pebble beach, with stunning views down the Great Bras D'Or Channel. At the beach, there’s swimming and fishing, shell searching, rock-skipping. Walk 100m down the beach to the Ross Ferry Marine Park where you’ll find shaded walking-trails, an outdoor fitness gym, and a jungle-gym with a slide for kids. Anyone who feels bold enough can jump off the wharf! There is also a boat launch that can be used (for a small donation to the Ross Ferry Marine Park. Guests of all campsites will have communal access to a small cabin close to the road in SUMMER TIMES ONLY. The interior of the cabin and the water are shut down in September. The cabin has power and water (AC cord can be run from the exterior outlet, and a hose can be attached to the exterior tap). Guests are free to use the small basic kitchen, bathroom, large deck and small living room, but the cabin is not for sleeping. There is no regular cleaning service, so guests are responsible for keeping the communal spaces clean.

You can be at the Bay of Fundy within 15 minutes. We are a 4 minute drive to the Annapolis Valley Exhibition grounds. With so many beaches, wineries, orchards, restaurants, trails and waterways nearby - you won't run out of things to do! Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises over the North Mountain, and if you're lucky a sighting of the deer that frequent the property. After a busy day spent exploring the valley, enjoy gazing up at the milky way (star gazing is incredible here with some of the darkest skies in North America) next to a crackling campfire. Fall asleep to the sounds of our brooks' gentle burbling, and coyotes howling in the distance. Each campsite has it's own firepit and picnic table . There is a shared XL sparkling clean portable toilet with solar lights for night-time access. Walk across our babbling brook to enjoy a rustic, hot shower in the woods. For those of you not looking to venture too far afield, there we have walking trails throughout the property, trout fishing in one of our brooks, and a tiny swimming hole if you'd like to take a dip. Beautiful waterfront views from almost every site. We visited in early October so the campground wasn’t very crowded. Electric, water, fire ring and nice picnic table at our site. Older bathhouse with shower that was well maintained and clean. Would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blueberry Run! The site was clean, organized, and offered full service (highly recommend the black box sewer add-on). We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night. It’s a short walk to a wonderful coffee shop, and Halifax is only about 40 minutes away. On a rainy day we took a trip into the city, but the other days were peaceful and distraction-free — perfect for relaxing and being creative.

Hi there, We only needed an overnight stay to keep moving toward our destination, but wow — this place was great! The sea view was amazing, everything was spotless, and we really enjoyed our short stay. Funny story though… at 6:30 AM I accidentally opened the door to the shed beside us, thinking it was the bathroom. Pretty sure I scared the daylights out a poor lady who was sleeping in there — oops! Maybe a sign at eye level would save future guests (and sleepers) from a surprise wake-up call. 😅 Thanks again for such a wonderful spot — we’ll definitely remember this stay!

Easy communication and instructions. A quiet level site. Very convenient for visiting Halifax. We took the ferry from the Woodside terminal leaving our RV in the free parking lot, just get there early to get a space. Highly recommend to other travelers.

What a beautiful campground and in an excellent location! The view is stunning and the campground is beautifully designed. Wonderfully rustic with an outhouse and outdoor shower. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. A place where you can relax and enjoy yourself. A place you'll gladly return to. I'm glad I found this place; it's a hidden gem.
