This campsite is tucked away on the back side of our apiary and hobby farm. A hidden treasure if you are looking for seclusion, peace and tranquility. Enjoy sitting pond side after a busy day of traveling or take a walk through our farm fields and our wooded paths. We are 25+ minutes to St. Martins, 30+ minutes to Fundy National Park, 35 minutes to Saint John and 1 hr drive to both Fredericton and Moncton. Keep in mind, we are a beekeeping operation and although there are no hives in the near vicinity you may want to refrain from staying with us if you have an allergy to bees. **You need an SUV or AWD vehicle to access this property usually. We don't recommend small cars.

We have a half acre lake front lot with privacy. We have access directly to the lake from the lot and a laneway for a small boat as well. There is fishing, paddle boarding, boating, hiking and walking on these quiet roads in the wilderness. The Bay of Fundy is down the road maybe 2-5 min. If you want peace and quiet then here it is, a nice fresh lot on a lake out in the middle of no where. We DO NOT have any any of the equipment (kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equip) there you must bring your own. There is no washroom or electricity yet, so please be aware of this.

Welcome to Fundy Gateway Hipcamp! We have three unserviced sites. Two sites can accommodate units up to 25 feet in length, while one site can accommodate a unit up to 20 feet. We are conveniently located between Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks. The town of Riverside-Albert, where we are located, has a convenience store with a gas station, a pharmacy, and plenty of trails for both hikers and bikers. Take a trip down the Crooked Creek Trail to a waterfall, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or simply take in the views. Directly on the property, there is private access to the Shepody Trail. One direction will take you to the convenience store, while the other leads to a covered bridge. You can also visit the Shepody Dam, which controls the river running through town.
