We are OPEN despite the current issues. No fires are allowed due to provincial bans. Enjoy the quiet skyline and maybe even catch a glimpse of the local wildlife. Our grass lots are backed with lush Appalachian forest and leads way to a slow brook where you can wade with the tide or try your hand at fishing or simply sit by the fire and enjoy the solitude. roadside non-serviced as well as one privative forested site and 3 tent sites. All sites are equipped with a fire pit and access to our outhouse restroom. Wood is available for purchase if you didn’t bring your own! We are currently fencing in the entire property to make it a dog/cat and livestock safe area so pets can enjoy a safer experience . This will be done in stages so hang tight with us until this is completed.
You can also explore New Brunswick with a drive on Acadian Coastal Drive ·Appalachian Range Route · Fundy Coastal Drive · Miramichi River Route or Fundy Coastal Drive Stop by and visit Murray Corner Provincial park for a swim and watch the tide roll out.
Looking to see multiple provinces?? We are in the perfect spot to see all of what the East coast has to offer. View PEI’s spectacular Confederation Bridge from the shoreline and take a drive to PEI which is only minutes from us. Mainland Nova Scotia is less than a 30 minute drive and if your adventurous and want to drive the Cabot Trail then you can reach Cape Breton Island in under 2 hours! Catch a Ferry to Newfoundland if your heart desires.

PLEASE NOTE: the access to this property is via an unmaintained service road. Your vehicle may need to be equipped to drive through underbrush, snow, and/or other elements.
Our farm has a separate access (private service road) to lead you down to a couple separate sites. There, you can park and put up a tent or trailer in different parts of the property.
There is a small Apple orchard as the first site, then another clearing a bit further, which is more of a wooded site. There is dense forest, and a small river if you continue down the service road.
This site is Especially ideal for ATV/Off-road - as you can take your ATV to the river for fishing or swimming.
Please use caution and respect neighbours.
None of the sites are near the main house or buildings.

Wow! Double wow!! By far the best Hipcamp we’ve stayed at! Spacious private grassy sites with expansive views of the Bay of Fundy. The cleanest cutest pit toilet you will ever have the pleasure of visiting. Dan is a responsive and helpful host. Would like to have met the man who provides such a memorable experience for people he’s never met! You want to stay here, trust me!

We arrived with our trailer which is self contained late in the season and Manuel's place welcomed us with friendly hospitality . We stayed one night and the weather was rainy so we did not have a chance to hike the property but the welcome was warm and friendly.

Absolutely beautiful! What view! It's an off grid camping spot in the most beautiful area. There is an outhouse that was clean. Dan was quick to respond to any questions I had and check in to make sure I was okay or needed anything. That view though is everything. I would wake up looking out at that view everyday if I could. Also had 5g out there which was nice to still be connected. I will definitely be staying here again.

Property is right on the road but there is a long dirt driveway the length of the property that allows you to get back away from the road. The vegetation was a bit overgrown and dry when we stayed so we didn’t drive all the way back but there is a nice flat field area in the back that would be a nice spot to park for the night.

A beautiful camp site. Perched in a field up on a hill side over looking the bay of fundy. A sweet spot. Very secluded. A 10 minute walk down to the beach where we had a nice walk at low tide. Chignecto Park in West Advocate was closed due to the drought so no hiking there. Otherwise though a great stay. Thank you!

The property was beautiful and Helmut was very friendly. We felt welcomed right away and loved the ocean views, especially at sunset.
We had a short stay but loved every minute of it❤️. We would definitely go back again and would recommend this place to anybody.

This property is 100% worth going out of your way for! We spent two nights, and unfortunately there was a fire ban and cloudy sky’s that obstructed star gazing, but even then waking up to the view from campsite 1 is spectacular. I didn’t see campsite 3, but 1 and 2 are both amazing- was able to get level with blocks in 24 ft. rig.
The place is well marked on the road and it looks like the driveway has been recently graded- easy in our vehicle. Dan was very responsive.
Would absolutely return, and if it were campfire weather- I’d spend multiple days relaxing there for sure!
There is a road down to the water and rocky beach where you can watch the amazing tides roll out.
If you’re on an open journey- worth spending some time in this spot and area.
