Welcome to our 70 acre off grid farm! Our land features 40 acres of mixed hardwood forest with trails abutting thousands of acres of crown land and protected natural areas. We also have a pine plantation for pleasant easy walking and our farm and pastures up front. We have lots of space for camping, and also a rustic bunkhouse with 4 bunkbeds and access to a full sized mattress. In the summer we typically have an outdoor kitchen with sink, coolers, and propane stove top. We can provide drinking water and access to a dry toilet for the bunkhouse and an outhouse building. Come and stay on our rural farm and enjoy the quiet and natural beauty of the area. Our little road is generally peaceful, but we do have access to the NB trails system if you are bringing bikes, 4-wheelers, or horses. The Knowlesville Art and Nature Centre is just 2km down the road. Come on the last Saturday of the month to join the pancake breakfast there! We are a working homestead with horses and a pony, dairy goats, chickens, and cattle. They are all friendly and love attention!

Super quick & easy booking and stay! The trailer is absolutely adorable and was perfect for me, my husband, and my one-year old (we brought our own pack'n'play crib which fit right near the bench in the camper). The outdoor fairy lights were adorable at night, the campfire pit is a good size, and there were even deer feeding on the apples in the morning! Even though it was close to the highway, and right outside a few residences, it's still quite private. Thank you for the accomodations!

Sparrow and her family are friendly and welcoming. They are building a homestead and have horses and dogs on the property. The campsite is rustic and there is a trail that leads to an outhouse for campers. We asked for a table for meal preparation, and Sparrow provided one for us.

A truly hidden gem! We were received well and the warmth from Paul and Sue was perfect for our couple's roadtrip. We will definitely return there if we ever go back to New-Brunswick. We had a wonderful time tenting here! The owners are very friendly and easy going. The property is gorgeous and my twins had a blast playing in the brook all day. It was our first time tenting as a family and I can confidently say we couldn’t have picked a better spot! I loved tent camping on Paul’s land! I ended up staying in another site than I originally had booked (and was able to pick the one that had the most privacy by the stream. The hammock and lounger by the water was a nice touch. They even helped me put up my tent even (I had never set it up without my husband ha ha). I loved just exploring the land surrounding the farm and the bunnies were adorable! The stars and fireflies at night were so beautiful. Since this was my first Hipcamp stay I am so thankful I had such great hosts! Thanks again for the memories!

We only stayed one night on Braydon’s land but it was very charming and Braydon was very knowledgeable regarding off grid living/ homesteading. There were nice little spots nestled in the trees all over his land to camp and despite its more remote location it was a very fun spot to spend the night. We would definitely consider returning if we were passing through again.

A perfectly beautiful, easily accessible, peaceful, charming spot. Great amenities like outdoor kitchen, dressing room and bathroom. We enjoyed some fresh eggs as well. Paul and Sue are as kind, welcoming and beautiful as their well tended property. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Enjoy your private campfire area, complete with seating, and twinkle lights at night! Firewood is sold on sit.

A beautiful experience from beginning to end. Charlotte was wonderful to communicate with. I was travelling from Minnesota to PEI and her Hipcamp was the perfect stop for a camping break while still camping. If I lived in New Brunswick I would love to spend a weekend there. Charlotte has created so many outdoor spaces to spend time, provided outdoor games, kayaks, trails to explore, and so much more. Every detail was provided. After being on the road for 3 weeks it was nice to have a comfortable nights sleep and feel taken care of. The outdoor shower was wonderful. I highly recommend - would be great as an artists retreat!
