A truly hidden gem! We were received well and the warmth from Paul and Sue was perfect for our couple's roadtrip. We will definitely return there if we ever go back to New-Brunswick. The view was stunning in the evening and in the morning. Only the sound of nature can be enjoy to make you relax after a long day of driving. A must stay if you are in the area!

We spent 2 nights at Paul and Sue's property and loved everything about it.
The hosts made us feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable, while letting us enjoy the place in peace and quiet.
If, like us, you're looking for a simple, authentic experience in the heart of the countryside, and enjoy the company of ducks, rabbits and chickens, Paul and Sue's little paradise is for you.

I loved tent camping on Paulās land! I ended up staying in another site than I originally had booked (and was able to pick the one that had the most privacy by the stream. The hammock and lounger by the water was a nice touch. They even helped me put up my tent even (I had never set it up without my husband ha ha). I loved just exploring the land surrounding the farm and the bunnies were adorable! The stars and fireflies at night were so beautiful. Since this was my first Hipcamp stay I am so thankful I had such great hosts! Thanks again for the memories!

We had a wonderful time tenting here! The owners are very friendly and easy going. The property is gorgeous and my twins had a blast playing in the brook all day. It was our first time tenting as a family and I can confidently say we couldnāt have picked a better spot! If youāre thinking about booking, you wonāt be disappointed! 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again sometime in the near future!

A perfectly beautiful, easily accessible, peaceful, charming spot. Great amenities like outdoor kitchen, dressing room and bathroom. We enjoyed some fresh eggs as well. Paul and Sue are as kind, welcoming and beautiful as their well tended property. My only regret was that we couldnāt stay longer.

If you love true camping, disconnecting and connecting with nature and/or if you are interested in homesteading this is the place for you! We loved our spot, which was very private, the place is absolutely beautiful with lots of trails and the owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable. And the best part all the animals! We will definitely be back, thanks for letting us in on a glimpse of your homestead and letting us pick your brains!

The Knoll by the Brook
Paul and Sue were great hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay went as smoothly as possible. Definitely would stay again.

Sam and I loved the knoll at Paul and Sue's.
It was a perfect get away, next to a babbling little creek. With miles of hiking trails, quiet nights,lots of animals to see and not just on their farm.
We'll definitely be back.

The Brook
Had a lovely stay at the Knoll by the Brook site. Originally booked the Brook site but decided to switch as the Knoll has much more space and privacy.
Paul & Sue are friendly and helpful.
It is a great spot to be surrounded by nature and disconnect. Turn off your cell and listen to the crackling bonfire, babbling brook, and various animals! There are several trails through the fields and woods which can be explored if you wish!

Shannonās farm was an incredible camping spot. Paul and Sue are so friendly and very accommodating. They have loads of beautiful secluded land that we enjoyed bike riding on. Lots of beautiful natural landscape and farm animals like chickens and bunnies. Would highly recommend!

Best Hipcamp so far! Beautiful farm in a valley with a dairy farm to the south and woods all around. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We purchased farm fresh eggs from them. They provided a table, fire circle and firewood. We even reloaded with fresh water direct from their artesian well before we left. . Beautiful stars at night. Lots of birds and butterflies in the meadow. Plenty of clearance for our tall camper van. Would definitely return next time weāre in NB.

I enjoyed my overnight camping at Paul's land. Nice views and away from other campsites. Great place to cut away from busy city life. Surrounded by farms and livestock, felt relaxed. I highly recommend camping at Paul's farm land if you're looking to escape city rush and connect with nature.

The hosts Paul and Sue were gracious and attentive to our needs. Their location is unique and private. There are trails through the woods and a beautiful wide open, dark sky for star viewing. Access is easy but make sure and follow Pauls directions to get there. Cell service is sporadic. Ideal for a quiet getaway with many hiking opportunities in the area.

We adore our stay at Shannon Farmstead. Paul and Sue are wonderful generous hosts. We walked their homestead together and they showed us all they grow and all the animals they have. They've got nice stories about how they started all of it. Would've stayed a week if I got the time.

A night we will never forget. Paul and Sue were amazing and we will absolutely be back.
A few sites to camp on this beautiful farm. Once we got there we had a tour and choose the site we wanted to stay. In the morning we were greeted by turkeys and fresh farm eggs.
The kindest hosts and exactly what we need to escape the reality of our crazy schedules.

Even if we stayed only one night, Paul and Sue did everthing they could to make us feel comfortable. We arrived late at night and they waited for us to make sure we had everything. They put a tent-cloth the day before we arrived, so the ground would not be wet. Sweet and generous people, I recommend!

The hosts were very organized and helpful. If you want to experience being on a homestead or off grid, I highly recommend staying at this site.
If you are new to camping, this is a great setup for you and your family or friends.
We got to pick berries and walk on nice trails. Great energy!

It was so wonderful to stay with Paul & Sue! This was my first time traveling outside of the states by myself and they very much made me feel at home and safe on their property! The property is gorgeous and was the perfect spot to camp away from the chaos! I could not recommend staying with them more! Iāll definitely be back!
