We have a 7 acre developing hobby farm currently with fruit trees, a garden, a king shepherd named Jack and a cat named Lulu. You may see some of our neighbour's ducks walking around and hear their rooster in the morning.
Please note; our driveway is an uphill, switchback driveway so long trailers are not a fit for our location. Front wheel or 4 wheel is a plus but typically all vehicles can make it up our driveway.
We have 2 swimming holes near and backing our property. At the back of the property is Hayward Lake/Hairsine Creek which is great for swimming. Inflatable paddle boards are the way to go if you wish to paddle board in the lake since it would be difficult portaging a rigid paddle board down the Crown Land trail. On the front is the Stave River Runoff. This has trails and is ideal if you have smaller children as the water is a bit warmer and has shallow areas.
There are hiking trails in the area and a beach area a short drive from the sites.

Stayed 3 nights so that we could explore Whistler and Pemberton. Lovely site with an amazing view of the mountains. Some road noise but it was quiet at night. Gabe was very friendly and a gracious host. We even saw a bear chased up a tree by a dog across the road! We were sad to leave the spot.

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's RV pad and would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow travellers.
The site comes with electrical hookup, water connection, and surprisingly strong WiFi — everything an RV traveller needs without having to hunt around. Sarah provided clear and helpful instructions from the start, and was incredibly responsive to messages throughout our stay. That kind of attentive hosting makes a real difference when you're on the road.
The outdoor shower with hot water was a lovely bonus — a great touch that we really appreciated.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the indoor shower was temporarily out of service during our visit, but we completely understand that maintenance happens. We hope it gets sorted soon so future guests can enjoy the full facilities — it certainly didn't dampen our experience at all.
Overall a warm, well-equipped and thoughtfully managed spot. Sarah is a gem of a host. We'll definitely be back! 🙏🏻

We needed a good overnight stopover to catch the ferry the next morning and this was perfect! The orchard was vacant so it was just ourselves and a lot of space. The porta potty was next to a small barn which was lit at night so you could safely walk to it, but the orchard was otherwise dark. The site is a couple minutes from the highway so it was quick and easy getting back on the road but it was still decently quiet overnight.
We'd definitely stay again on our way to the island.

Nice base to explore the area but there is no view of the area from the campsite. We recommend taking a quick walk to the Garden Bay Provincial Marina Park to soak in the sunset view and Pender Harbour. For the trailer site specifically, you should be proficient in manoeuvring trailers. For the bunkie site, it looks amazing and well provisioned! We had a friendly visitor of a sweet deer. The view and the spot is amazing! We highly recommend!! Quiet and peaceful place despite the road close by.
There is a cornhole game to play with and picnic tables. The land is super clean and very well maintained. The indications to get to the spot are very clear and we had not problem to find it.
The host, Gabe, is very responsive and very kind.
