We bought this property in 2008 as raw land with an old off-grid 1950's cabin on it. While the log structure was sound, the cabin needed some major renovations to be liveable. We undertook renovations, lived in it for 6 months and then moved into a yurt on a more accessible section of our property. We now run the cabin as a short term rental, have another small rental next to our house and we are using the yurt for gatherings, retreats and yoga classes!

We allow one RV up to 20 feet. Parking for an additional recreational vehicle, boat, ATV, or jet ski is available for $15 per day per vehicle. Please note that parking is located on the upper driveway rather than in the camp itself. Site with power $25.00 per day. RV is $120 with power per day.
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are permitted with prior approval; owners must pick up & dispose of all waste. Pet fees of $20 per day.
Garden Studio & Activity Center
A Studio Garden Suite is available for 2 extra guests for $125 per night from April 1st to September 15th. This space includes a double bed, room for two cots, a table, and a microwave. This must be booked at the same time the campsite is reserved. (On site pit toilet, shower, wash station)

We had a wonderful few days at Monica's campsite. The directions were great and easy to follow. Which helped tremendously since it was already dark when we got there. The site was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed falling asleep listening to the nearby creek. The flattened clearing was a nice change. Much cleaner area to camp at than gravel/sand. Our trailer was too big to drive through the trees (27 ft plus the truck) so we turned around and backed into the site. That worked. Lol. Great location. Very scenic. Even the town of Nukusp was beautiful to visit and just a short drive away. And the Nakusp Hot Springs were a welcome treat. Monica was a fantastic hostess. Really nice lady. Provided us with some lovely daytrip ideas in the area, like a nearby waterfall. Would definitely recommend.

We had such an amazing stay on Robert’s property! Exactly as described - private, lots of trees and a short walk to the river. We enjoyed the beach areas and swimming with the dog in the nearby swimming hole. You can tell the owners take pride in the place as everything is very well maintained and marked off. We loved camping at this spot, one of the best camp trips we've ever had. Great, friendly hospitality from Dean and Debbie and everything you would need for a great camping experience, including chopped firewood, wifi and drinking water right by the site. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets as well, and a lovely lounge area for cooking/washing dishes/hanging out, we will definitely return again when possible!

Was very easy to get to and was nice and spacious, could definitely fit multiple people. Had a cute little picnic table, an umbrella, and a fire pit along with a bit of firewood. As someone pretty disgusted with outhouses theirs was nice and clean. The dense trees and bushes added some decent privacy but the ground was nice and flat coming from someone who tented.
The sound of the highway right beside was a bit noisy at times and the site is a bit close to the house (Johanna’s) but that’s the only cons I can think of
Generally very good stay, Johanna was very polite and welcoming and it was a good site.
