Our three rentals are part of the Moonraker Mountain trail system. With over 100 km of biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and ski trails, you can enjoy amazing Canyon Creek views or swimming in warm spring fed lakes. Just step outside your door! The only problem is it can be difficult to pull yourself away from the simple stillness and connection you feel while just sitting at the treehouse or off grid cabins. Isn't life wonderful?

We are five acres of farm, forests, and gardens, with our front yard facing out on the Columbia River, in the heart of the Pacific Flyway. It is one of the largest migratory bird routes in North America, and a crucial corridor to migratory birds, waterfowl, and shorebirds, extending from Alaska to Patagonia.
Whether your goal is to connect with the Earth or with people, the Flyway Farm and Forest is the place for you. Located in tiny Spillimacheen BC, this hidden gem will enhance any experience. It has a lot to offer the independent traveler, including beautiful views, hiking, rock-climbing, fishing, mountaineering, and paddling. Ideal for those looking for a basecamp for further adventures, or just a quiet get-away off the beaten path.

Flyway Pasture: For small groups looking for a place to pitch their tent, several places are available behind the orchard or in the north forest by special arrangement
Flyway Farmhouse: For those looking for indoor plumbing and a place to recharge their phone, we have three rooms available upstairs in the main house (two queen beds and a single).

We had such a lovely stay! Claire was very responsive. All of the directions to manage the treehouse were clearly outlined and the treehouse looked exactly like the photos! We came during the winter time and there was an abundant amount of wood to keep the tent warm! Overall, we had a beautiful stay with everything we needed.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Claire provided clear, thoughtful, and detailed instructions and information every step of the way, from our questions prior to booking, to the instruction booklets on site that ensured a stress free stay. The property itself was very easy to find and navigate, and the treehouse was absolutely magical. You can feel the love and care that the hosts have put into the property in every detail, and we felt as though they covered every aspect of comfort we could possibly ask for, providing plenty of wood, blankets, and simple, but much appriciated amentities. The treehouse is also within comfortable walking distance from the parking area but is still private, which allows for the most breathtaking and scerene viewing of the mountains and birds in the area. I can't say that I have ever stayed somewhere that has compared to this, and would easily choose this experience over any luxury hotel, even considering our snowy morning. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night, and would definitely recommend booking two or more nights so you can take advantage of the hiking trails and appreciate it too it's full extent!!

3 nights at Golden Glamping Resort
The tent was a good size (for the 2 people it was booked for), the projector was top quality and a really good addition. Ended up watching a film and some tv to fall asleep to, which was great.
The tent and bed were clean, and the utensils were sufficient for our short (3 day) stay.
As someone who doesn't camp often, I was impressed with how inoffensive the smell of a composting toilet was.
Only slight issue is that the water in the hot tub was a bit green, but appreciate that this may be caused by the water supply!
Overall a great stay, and if im back in West Canada, id definitely stay again

Weekend Trip to Sauna Under the Stars Camping
I love the GlamperVan! We only stayed the night as we were passing through but I could see myself spending more time here someday. Nicole was incredibly communicative and easy to chat with. Dane, the campground manager was super friendly and helpful too which was fantastic. The place was easy to find from Golden, and once we were on the property it wasn’t hard to follow the signs to the van. The campsite was already set up for us when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need for the stay. Yes, there were lots of mosquitos but you have to expect bugs in the woods! Just a fantastic stay and a great place to get away! Thank you for having us!

This was a highlight of our trip to Canada. The views are simply stunning, the outdoor shower with a view was gorgeous, the portable toilet was clean and the supplied cookware was everything we needed. We had 2 nights and wished we’d stayed longer. The host was also very helpful and responsive to messages. Highly recommend.

The tent was cute, beds were comfy, and the location was wonderful- very quiet with a mountain view. The wifi worked great (I had to complete job interviews while travelling, and was able to do this online quite easily at the Hipcamp location). Mike's land is quite exceptional! Its truly like walking into a little enchanted forest. So much charm and character, with little details around every corner! John and Mike were so friendly and kind. As two girls traveling alone we felt very safe!! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on and the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of hiking. They had pancakes and coffee waiting for us the next morning, which made the whole experience even more exceptional. Would highly recommend :)
