We have 245 acres with an area of bushland and other lovely areas with scattered trees, plus some open areas. Currently we have a choice of camping areas for caravans and tents, some nestled in amongst the tree line. Other areas alongside the dam. We keep all the camping areas slashed for safety and to allow easier access to find a suitable camping spot. We also have a hut available in the bush area. This hut is secluded and has its own outdoor private toilet. There is no shower, electricity or fresh water available, however we do have a flush toilet at the camping and caravan site. Campers would need to be self-sufficient otherwise. Please note we don't allow motorbikes, Quads or firearms on the property and there are no exceptions, sorry. We run sheep on our property and have wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and echidnas. We also have farm animals such as cows, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, geese, and dogs. We have 8 dams, 3 of which have fish as well as yabbies throughout the year. Fire pits located in designated areas and only to used during non fire ban periods and to be supervised at all times. We're happy for you to bring your dog however you would be required to keep it under your control or on a leash and away from the sheep. No motor bikes, quads, firearms permitted and no exceptions. No diving off jetty Supervise children at all times. Water, dams, firepits, bushwalking and all areas can be dangerous. Caution, dams may be dangerous, and water is deep. Do not enter paddocks with cows and horses. Beware of snakes. Eudora Farm provides our guests with a unique opportunity to enjoy a multitude of activities, including but not limited to swimming ,fishing, boating, camping, camp fires, bush-walking and other farm related activities. Our family has been here since the early 1820s. A great family-friendly campsite for those seeking a bush experience. Drinking water available but nothing else, no amenities, so you must have everything you need and leave no trace. 2WD most of the year unless rain, then need 4WD. Pets not permitted. Campfires permitted in a designated area only when restrictions aren't in place. Plenty of firewood around to gather fallen timber.All campers have the opportunity to join in our animal feeding every afternoon at 4pm, we'll take you along with us as we feed the chooks, working dogs, pody lambs and whatever else is happening on the farm! Mobile phone reception on the property is available through Optus and Telstra.

Rustic, Rural, Relaxing, Romantic...our camp site is for you. Located on the edge of town, and on the Boorowa River, our land offers peace and quiet with plenty of space. Overlooking rural paddocks, and the river, you can enjoy the tranquility that a farming landscape has to offer. Perfect family holiday location. Town center is a 5 min drive or a short walk/ride, so access to town facilities and amenities is very convenient. Please refer to images for the latter. Firewood - please bring your own, we do not have firewood or fallen branches from trees. "Wombles Common" has a permanent fire pit area, all other sites require transportable fire pits (provided or bring your own). Please do not leave burn scars on the ground and please take your ashes with you or dump them in the "Wombles Common" fire pit area. River - the river is excellent for fun canoeing adventures. Entering the river is at your own risk. Fishing - great fishing in the river. We love the Red Fin! Pets - pets are welcome but need to be controlled. The safety and comfort of the resident sheep, our neighbours and other campers are a priority. Please don't not allow your pets to disturb (including barking, wandering or chasing sheep) the peace of those around them. Please ensure you book the site you prefer by referring to the image of the sites in this listing. Check image for entrance locations for each site. You will need to be a self-contained camper with own camping toilet/shower, and supplies. We have one power outlet available (only available for "Wombles Common" sites). Known as the Hilltop region, the township of Boorowa, and surrounds are full of rolling hills, farmlands and bush. If you visit in spring, you'll be able to see fields full of bright yellow canola flowers as far as the eye can see. Bring your camera! We have loved the farm so much we decided others should get to experience it too and let them get out and take in the peace and serenity of being in nature. We offer 8 spacious campsites as well as a self sufficient cabin overlooking stunning sunset views to the west of our property. We also have a communal flushable toilet for our campers for those who don't have their own camp toilets. Escape the busy city life and come light a campfire and watch the sunrise and sunset, enjoy the amazing views, wildlife and keep an eye out for koalas in the trees. Bathurst is known for motorsports thanks to Mount Panorama, one of the world’s most famous circuits. It hosts a number of international racing events, including the Bathurst 12 Hour and the Bathurst 1000. When it's not being used for a race, the public can take a spin around the course and visit wineries along the track. Visit the National Motor Racing Museum, right next to the track. The Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum boasts a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton and the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery is home to a wonderful collection of Australian paintings and contemporary artworks. Spend the day in Bathurst by seeing many of the amazing sites including the famous Ben Chiffley Dam and spend the day on the water and even a short drive to Rockley to visit the famous pub now owned by Matt Moran. Location from Sydney We are approximately 228.9km via Great Western Highway/A32 from Sydney CBD. It is part of the village known as Newbridge which is 3km from the property. It is an easy 30km drive to Bathurst and 50km to Orange with only 15km away from Blayney. La Pinata is also a short drive to Milthorpe and Carcoar - all lovely award winning quaint towns worth visiting where you can take in the history and enjoy great food and wine. A great country escape destination! Even the Newbridge Train Station remains treasured by residents and fondly remembered as the stopover for Queen Elizabeth II during her 1954 royal visit! Newbridge is fortunate to have a local pub, known as the Gladestone Hotel. A a restaurant serving modern cuisine and live music most Sunday afternoons (need to check with Pub for confirmation of entertainment 02 6368 1004). This is approximately 2.7kms from La Pinata! The Property La Pinata is circa 161 Ha (400 acres) in size. Altitude of approx 900m. Over half of the land is clear, the land is mostly undulating with some steeper areas. There are 7 paddocks. Stock water is supplied by dams in all paddocks with a permanent Evans Plains Creek that flows through the property which is a wonderful spot for bushwalking. There is also a bore that provides water to our water tanks. The Property also offers a pine forest, which is cooling on hot summer days, and in the colder months, it is a winter wonderland adventure. A perfect part of the property to do many things: picnicking in the wild whilst collecting pinecones, wildflowers or simply admiring the majestic views of the Fitzgerald Valley and the Blue Mountains over a glass of local wine and cheese. The Barn Style Cabin La Pinata, for a unique glamping experience, offers a barn style cabin dwelling with all the comforts of a home but with a rustic cabin experience. A majority of the barn style cabin and its amenities have been built from recycled material, this includes the furniture which is mostly recycled or pre-loved. We are also using off the grid electricity and water supply. It has 7 sleeping rooms with 1 ensuite and 2 Bathrooms. One of the 7 sleeping rooms has a cot. It has a well-equipped open Kitchen with 5 pit stove, oven, blender, and toaster. The open living area has 3 spaces to enjoy: • 8–10-seater dining area • 3-piece lounge area (TV, with Netflix and Foxtel) • A study/reading Nook area • Another area just off the kitchen is a lovely space where you can read or relax. We have also provided a dart board and other board games for those competitive nights of fun! The barn has laundry facilities and wifi. Other Services that can be provided-coordinated Picasso Paint and Wine Experience Ask the host regarding our Picasso Paint and Wine Experience at La Pinata for groups of 8 to 12 guests. It is a lovely way to enjoy the afternoon sunset with your group, enjoying your wine and painting! 4 weeks' notice required to coordinate. Vale Creek Wines At La Pinata we can organise a wine tasting experience. The winery is called Vale Creek, located approximately 23.5kms from Newbridge (Gladestone Hotel). Vale Creek’s Cellar Door provides tastings in a relaxed setting overlooking the winery. Their wines are from clones sourced from superior vineyards in Italy – www.valecreek.com.au. The owners are delightful and welcoming. They are opened most weekends. The winery has many events occurring through the month and if it coincides with your trip, we will be more than happen to share the event with you and if you wish we can organise the wine tasting booking for you as well. Ask the Host about this item so it can be organised. Driving inside our property. We have a 55 acre property at the foot of the Dananbilla Range, a working farm with coloured Miniature Sheep, also pattable Galloway Cattle and calfs and Miniature and normal sized horses, donkeys, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks and LOTS of Miniature Goats all very friendly. Around 200 handraised and tame animals and 200 birds. We are the largest and oldest Miniature Goat Stud in NSW.....all year round we have baby goats, turkeys, horses, cows, sheep...all hand raised and friendly. We often have babies on bottles and goats to milk and generally, the farm is a wonderful place to be for those who love animals. The State Forest that surrounds our farm is a wonderful experience for bushwalking and the views are outstanding with spectacular sunrises and sunsets to admire. There are endless amounts of native birds, kangaroos and wallabies to view and sometimes we see a local echidna or wombat. We provide a peaceful farm with loving animals who love human attention. Toilets and showers available. Sorry NO Dogs are permitted. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place. Firewood available to purchase per night load, delivered to your site.

Thank you for considering Beaconsfield cottage for your stay in the Oberon area. This hand-built self contained cottage is located 3 hours from Sydney and just 20 minutes out of Oberon. It is the only cottage on the property, offering a unique experience free of other guests. We can provide accommodation for up to 4 people, with a queen bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. Check-in between 2pm and 5pm with late check-in available on request. Check-out by 10am. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on our property due to the native wildlife. Our accommodation is completely off the grid and surrounded by acres of forest. Beaconsfield cottage provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. After enjoying the many other tourist attractions in the area, feel free to take a walk among the trees, enjoy a picnic and savour the peace and quiet of our land.
