Set in the heart of Lakes Entrance, Silver Sands Tourist Park is the ideal and affordable choice for your East Coast escape. For more than a century, Lakes Entrance has been a favourite holiday destination, famous for its fishing, waterways, and stunning location where the Gippsland Lakes meet the ocean at the iconic Ninety Mile Beach. Here, the climate is welcoming year-round — summer sunshine softened by the ocean breeze and mild winters with plenty of clear days perfect for exploring. From sheltered lakes and tranquil rivers to endless beaches and rolling surf, water is everywhere you turn. Fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming are right at your doorstep, while just minutes away you’ll find rolling farmland, scenic drives, and the majestic forests and mountain landscapes of East Gippsland. Back at the park, we offer a range of accommodation options to suit every traveler: • 2-Bedroom Mobility Access Units – Wheelchair-friendly, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. • Ensuite Cabins – Open-plan, fully self-contained, and perfect for families, with a separate bunk space for children. • Serviced Sites – Level, groomed, and powered, with large drive-through options and concrete annex slabs. As a small, owner-operated park, we pride ourselves on our high standards of cleanliness, friendly service, and personal touches. Whether you’re here for a quick stopover or a longer getaway, Silver Sands Tourist Park is your perfect base to experience the very best of Lakes Entrance.
