Enjoy the casual 20-minute stroll into town, unearth the captivating nature of the hidden Mosaic Trail, hop on the rail trail less than 5 minutes away and for those last-minute supplies or just needing to stock up, the property is only a 2-minute drive into town. With tall gums and poplar trees on the western edge for afternoon shade, it's the ideal camp-site during the winter months for those with solar panels aiming to take full advantage of the sun. With eye-catching views of the mountain range, its the perfect location for walks along the river, taking in the imposing sunset views or to encounter an abundance of native wildlife, from echidnas, our resident platypus, sugar gliders, deer and wombats through to the large array of native birdlife.
