Meg and Pete are lovely, warm, true blue Australian hosts! We had a lovely time camping on their property and the outdoor kitchen is well stocked with utensils to use. Loved being near the frog pond and watching the cows in the mornings. Only 1hr max. from The Prom, for weekend hikes!

Our dogs loved the site, where they got to explore freely! Meg and Peter were very friendly. Meg’s brochure was very helpful - plenty of activities around. Great location, great experience, would recommend to friends!

We really enjoyed our stay at Buffalo Heights! Peter was really helpful getting us out of a slippery situation. Meg and Peter are both very friendly and accommodating. The place is really peaceful with lots of wildlife around. Ee had a great weekend. Thank you!

We loved our stay despite it being winter. Meg and Pete are lovely hosts and it's a great base to explore the nearby beaches and rail trail.

I had a great time in the Green van. Meg and Pete were fabulous hosts. I felt safe yet private. Really comfortable trip. WiFi worked a treat. I would stay again happily

Serene spot by the dam. Meg was so kind to give us a spot in the shade. Thank you, Meg. We had 2 koalas in the trees next to our campsite, the sunsets were amazing last night and we had one of our most relaxing camps here. Beautiful rolling hills with cows and sheep and a dam to swim in if desired. We just loved having our campfire and enjoying the peace and nature.

We loved our stay, a perfect place to camp. Meg and Pete were amazing hosts, very easy going and our campsite felt very private. Beautiful listening to all the birds around and we had such stunning views of the sunset we’ll definitely be coming back

We loved our stay in Meg’s Hipcamp! She and her partner were super warm and welcoming and the caravan had lots of retro charm - felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The ground was flat and big enough for 2 tents and 2 cars. Having the fire pit was great too. Nice and warm during the day and we used a gazebo to shield us from the sun. The kitchen was handy too for washing stuff up and the drop toilet was very clean. Nice sunsets and not much light pollution so able to see the stars at night. Meg is also so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us!

Buffalo Heights was such an amazing stay! I can't recommend it more. Meg was a fantastic host and we had some wonderful conversations. It's incredibly peaceful, plenty of space between sites, beautiful birdsong and koalas and a true sense of natural immersion. The location is stellar as a gateway to Wilson's Prom and Tarra-Bulga. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Absolute gem of a spot. The views are amazing. Meg and her team lovely to deal with and accomodating. Easy to find. Close to the prom and was a nice secluded stay outside of the busy prom caravan parks. Would recommend and stay again.

Meg & Pete are good hosts, happy to recommend things to do in the area.
Campsite 3 is flat with a slight slope, worked fine for us staying in tents. Fire pits are provided. Location is nice farmland with rolling hills, near to Fish Creek.

Enjoyed staying at Meg & Pete. Beautiful spot on the hills and close to Wilsons Prom for day trips. Quiet (besides the Koalas and Kookaburras), nice shared kitchen, lovely folks. Would recommend

We had a great 5 night stay. Good views of the surrounding countryside from our van. Access to our site was a bit of a challenge due to the size of our van but owners were only too willing to assist us in positioning it.
Peaceful campsite with only the sounds of nature. Was unexpected, but really nice to be invited to join the owners playing live music on new year eve.

Thank you Meg for a fabulous stay. Greeted by Meg and her friendly dog Gus. We had the whole back camp area to ourselves, with a koala up the tree, cows in the field next door, a fire pit and a clean dunny. The communal kitchen was handy for the items that we managed to leave on the table at home!

Great spot! The communal kitchen was great and we'll equipped, the area very spacious and they kept us stocked up with firewood. Very friendly people and would recommend staying here.

This is a great campsite with really friendly hosts who were willing to help with anything we needed and made sure we were always happy and comfortable. The land is also very nice with great views and lots of space and privacy.

Camping at Meg's was a very good experience. We spent 2 nights under the tranquil shade of trees, accompanied by a friendly koala. Meg and her partner were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, showing us around the property and met us on the late arrived. One highlight was meeting the beautiful fluffy resident possum close to the summer kitchen, where we had access to cooking facilities and water.
During our two-night stay, we had the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings of Wilson Promontory. Hiking through the picturesque landscapes and enjoying the sunny shores of Sandy Point Beach made for unforgettable memories. Meg and her partner were very good hosts, they have also offered valuable recommendations for our outdoor adventures.
Overall, our camping experience was very good thanks to Meg and her partner's hospitality. We highly recommend this serene retreat to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in nature!
