What an amazing space! It is private with a lovely view of the water, amazing sauna and had everything needed for a cozy get away.
I loved homemade bread. Jemma has clearly put a lot of thought into creating a getaway for pure comfort and bliss.

It’s a toss up between the cabin, the loo and the sauna for the best view out over the Huon River and to the mountains beyond. The host Jem is lovely and welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We stayed here after camping out for a week in our camper trailer and it was the perfect way to start de-camping if you know what I mean. I think we’ll be making Driftaway an annual pilgrimage.

The best little getaway place for two! It was private, clean, well organised and had everything you needed; and the amazing view topped it all off. Highly recommend!!

Stunning views across the water. Lovely little shack. Outback dunny was the only inconvenience for us (could use a window on the door), otherwise very easy to find and the loaf of bread was a nice addition.

Words cannot express how beautiful this view is ❤️ privacy and luxury of hot stone sauna with outdoor bath 🛀 will definitely come back! Plus it's dog friendly 🐶

I love the view of this place, the stars in the night, the moon and the view in the morning, the kayak activity is a bonus ! Only the way up to the campsite is a bit difficult. 4x4 will do easily, but 2 wheel is going to be difficult. But Jemma is helping us out and give us an alternative way, she is super friendly, her home made bread was so delicious! Will be back for sure. ❤️

Wow! It was truly a heavenly experience! As soon as we arrived, we were mesmerized by the stunning view that we would be enjoying for the next 24 hours. The cozy shack may be small, but it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight was definitely the freshly baked loaf of bread, still warm and inviting us to indulge, accompanied by freshly laid eggs for our breakfast along with condiments and fresh milk.
Thank you, Jemma, for sharing your little piece of heaven without a doubt we will return.

Fantastic views across the water to Cygnet. Great little cabin with everything you need, including a sauna ! Sweat out all your aches and pains while drinking in that view. Really enjoyed the fireplace, a perfect place to contemplate the world laid out below.

Best place had the most stunning view especially for sunrises in the morning great spot great hosts more than accommodating the only thing I would say it's if you have a very small car like me a Hyundai i30 wagon no must clearance ..it didn't do great up the hill but just contact the owner they might be able to help you out if you are really keen on this spot. Very close to many sightseeing spots and so many little cute towns and a gorgeous drive to the property. Host was fantastic and accommodating and just a good person.

Awesome spot over looking the Huon River. Directions spot on and Jemma was a great host. We were blessed with the weather. More stars then you can poke stick at. 14 shooting stars in 1 night. Highly recommended and will be back.

Tent camping at Gemma's was lovely. Gemma couldn't do enough to help us. The view was incredible but 4wd in winter is highly recommended (we got bigged in a 2wd). My son loved the sauna 😊

Fantastic views and peaceful location. Oz fire pig ( & heaps of cut wood) was amazing under the abundant stars! Our 2 dogs had a great time also. Jemma checked in with us often which was really nice. Only 1 hr 15 minutes from home and felt miles away. Views from the sauna are sensational.

For camping with a view, this is an absolutely bliss place to pitch up. We were also able to book in with the sauna, and what a treat that was to have in the evening, could not recommend enough.
Their gorgeous dog was also a welcoming host to greet us at our camp ground. Overall awesome little spot!
