Me, my partner and our cat had the best time possible at Spear Creek! All the staff was lovely, and helpful. We are very thankful for everything, and a honourable mention for Jordan and Anna, who made our 1 night there unforgettable!
If you go there you must try the Dorper!!

We had a fantastic stay at Spear Creek Holiday Park. The land is stunning, with views of the Southern Flinders Ranges. Our caravan site came with water and power, which made things super comfortable.
The barista coffee cart, run by the lovely Anna, was a morning highlight (Melbourne coffee snob approved).
We also picked up lamb from their farm as well as wine from the kiosk, which was stocked with essentials like milk and marshmallows—things we definitely would have needed if we’d stayed longer.
Evenings around the fire pits were a perfect way to unwind. A great mix of outback adventure and creature comforts.

Nice place and big enough to feel you are bush camping. Some amazing river red gums around but be careful

Overall it was good. The facilities were clean and the service very friendly with a good camp shop. However, we were disappointed with the lack of space between units and lack of privacy. We had a roof top trailer and were hoping for more of a spacious bush environment, as described.

Positives: Great location, friendly stuff, lovely clean amenities and lots of great extras, like meat packs of local lamb and a coffee van. Very family friendly and great for kids.
Negatives: We found the description of bush camp sites to be rather misleading. It promises "spacious" and "Private" unpowered sites that are " Spread Throught the Park" with some being "Remote" (all the quotes are taken from the Hipcamp description). Unfortunately that was not the case. Bush camping sites are very close together, so if you are there on a busy weekend, there is very little or no privacy. None of the bush camping site that we saw fit the description of "remote" -- all the sites were within an easy 5-10 mins walk from the main amenities block. Our site was quite small with uneven ground with a path running through it -- definitely not the private bush camping experience, more like a caravan park with a bit of Flinders Ranges character. Nothing wrong with that if that's what you are looking for, but if not -- book elsewhere.

Long drive to get to the camp but well worth it, the campsite was surrounded by trees, hills to climb, amazing sunsets and friendly staff. It was clean, spacious and dogs had a great long walk along the trails. I felt like I was at a bush camp but with showers, power, a little kiosk and a coffee van.

Lovely peaceful bush camping but with the benefits of power, water, ammenities and a good selection of their produce as you check in. We tried the lamb chops, sausages and wine. Highly recommend the food, wine and location. Several walks to choose from and fire pits to enjoy!

Highly recommend! The landscape was beautiful, the owners were friendly and super helpful, the campsite is a hidden gem nestled in amongst the gum trees, will absolutely be back! Thankyou ☺️

Wow, what a great secluded property nestled amongst the hills of the Mt Brown Conservation Park. A great variety of campsites available with or without power. The Bush camp was well out of the way and very private. Amenities were adequate and clean. Staff were all friendly and they make an excellent coffee at the kiosk in the morning. A great place if your looking for some peace and quiet. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

Wow just wow!! Such a stunning drive to camp and once we arrived at camp it was just beautiful. Staff so helpful friendly and polite The only downside was we had only booked for one night travelling back to Adelaide from Eyre Peninsula. We will definitely be booking to go again soon for longer! We bought some lamb to take home with us which we had last night and it was great, so tasty!

We loved our stay at Spear Creek. Beautiful bush setting. We also enjoyed the farm lamb and wine we purchased at the office. The staff were super friendly and we can’t wait to return in a few weeks time. Would highly recommend!!

I am sorry Tom for my negative review, I can’t say anything about the site, because we never made it! We couldn’t travel down the off road track for the 3/4km because we are in a hire van that prohibits it! And didn’t realise on booking your site this was the case! Would have loved to have sampled your products! Had to pull up in a lane overnight. So payed for nothing 😢

Absolutely perfect site! Stunning location: it was peaceful, serene and spacious. Spotlessly clean and well-laid out. The sunset views were breathtaking. Staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Cannot rate this place enough. What a find! Thank you!

I loved the peace and quiet, tranquillity while going on walks in to the creek.
The whole camping area felt like another world being dropped down in the creek, just bliss!
The wine is really good as well as the lamb! Highly recommend getting both in your mouth!!
