The Promised Land

Promisedland, Queensland
159 acres hosted by Adrian R.
Avatar
Situated next to Cordalba State Forest, our 159 acre forested property is located between Childers and Gin Gin. In this quiet and natural setting you will see goannas, wallabies and kookaburras. Go spotlighting at night to see possums, barking owls and gliders, and enjoy mountain bike riding in the state forest during the day. If you explore our open eucalypt forest, check out the Bunya Pines (Monkey Puzzle trees). This campsite is best suited to self-contained campers with own toilet/shower amenities and supplies. Your well behaved dog is welcome to camp too. Campfires are allowed but please ask us for permission first. You can choose where to set up camp. Campsites are both 2WD and 4WD accessible so you don't have to worry if arriving with a little campervan, and you can enjoy some technical driving if arriving with your 4WD.
