We offer Powered and Unpowered River Front sites with firepits. The campsites are located along 1 km of Balonne River Frontage. We have plenty of room for all types and sizes of camping vehicles and tents. Fishing enthusiasts will love using our private boat ramp. Launch your craft and head out for a fish. We have a small shop selling bait, fishing gear, firewood and bags of ice. You pet is welcome to camp with you (on leash). Guests have access to toilets, showers, the laundry.​ Here you will love the bird watching, lots of native animals. Relax with a view of the water. Your journey to our property is along gravel all weather roads, and we can accommodate 2WDs. There is a free courtesy bus pick up from the pubs in town. We look forward to welcoming you!

We loved our stay. We ended up in a powered site right on the river. Just a magic sunrise. Hosts were super friendly and accomodating. They took over 14 months ago and have just commissioned a new bathroom block and kitchen area which was all spotless and excellent. This stop was really great value and it is on our list to stop again next time we are through that way.

This place was so welcoming, camped right on St George River, where I had a swim, there are canoes, firepits everywhere, and enough fallen wood to collect for your own fire. Kathy was super friendly, ensuring I settled in. Has all the facilities you need, is clean, quiet, safe.

Zane was welcoming, showed us facilities and the best place to enter the river for a swim or kayak. Whilst we didn’t stay on site 6 in the end, it was quiet enough Zane allowed us to pick where we felt most comfortable and we chose a grassy site near the amenities. Amenities are spacious, have lots of hooks to hang your items, are clean and very trendy. Overall, this park is quiet and peaceful!

We loved our caravan camp at River front Tourist Park. It's such a great spot, right on the river bank. Beautiful sunsets there too. Zane is a top host, so helpful & friendly! We will be back!

Beautiful spot and heaps of space. Several spots by the river, light breeze and good swimming. Friendly and helpful hosts, courtesy bus to town power and fresh water top up. Highly recommended.

We booked one of the powered riverfront sites but moved to the unpowered riverfront area as it was quieter and you could be closer to the water. Shower and toilet facilities are good and not too far a walk. Overall location is the perfect amount of just out of town, only 10 mins from the shops if you need to restock anything.

The grounds are very well kept, the amenities exceptionally clean, the service very friendly and welcoming. I needed firewood and what was provided burned beautifully and easily: not just wood thrown in a bag. The sites themselves were ample and large.

A fantastic location. We had Riverside powered site 9. Beautiful tranquil Aussie bush setting. The owners are working hard to improve this massive setting. The bathrooms consist of 2 x toilet and shower rooms - not massive but enough. Clean and functional. The Balonne River is quite something: a fellow camper caught a sizeable yellow bellow from the bank with a rod. Bird life including Spoinbilled Egrette and Pelican are regular at this location. Just superb. Loved it. . Hey, it’s a bush setting, the site I was on is compacted gravel. It’s dusty. There is a central green a short distance away from the river with no power if you are looking for grass.

We stayed in our 6m off-road caravan on the river unpowered site. Was amazing!! We were only on a stop overnight on our trip but honestly would have stayed longer if we had realised how nice it was! Right on the water, private, super quiet and super relaxing!! Highly recommend. Toilets were clean and tidy, host was awesome, nice and quick check in, perfect.

Good sites along the river and surrounds. Quiet with good clean amenities. We stayed for 1 night our site was close to the amenities by our choice. We were able to light a camp fire which was great. We did book a river front site, however they were already full. Seems like first in best dressed, which we didn't realise. No matter it didn't detract from our stay.

Great quiet spot on the Belone river. Picked a powered site thinking diesel heater would not be installed. If you don't need power pick an unpowered site. They are not crammed like the powered sites.
