Our property is located in the hinterland of the Gold Coast, nestled in a valley on a river with views of the local mountain. We are a 30 minute drive from Surfers Paradise, 12 minutes from Nerang where you will find all the food and supplies you need, and we’re 12 minutes from Canungra. We are a horse property with a stunning river on our boundary perfect for swimming and floating in. The campsite is set on an open, grassy area surrounded by trees. We offer three campsites set on very comfy grass with access to a big firepit. There is a BBQ on request, otherwise you can cook over the fire. There are dine out/take away restaurants about 10 minutes from camp if you don’t feel like cooking. The local corner store is 4 minutes down the road. We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower and drinking water. You must have your own amenities. We have a table for you to use when here. We recommend 4WDs to access this property. The access road is a dirt/ gravel track to the grassy campsite. We only offer 1-2 night stays. Cars, vans, 4x4s, camper vans, caravans, swags, tents, beanbags welcome! There is nothing to do but laze around and swim in the river or chill at camp so it’s a good place to unwind quickly. BYO own floating beds, books, badminton and board games. Bring your hammocks and enjoy a lazy weekend. For animal lovers and families with little kids, we have a miniature horse that we can bring down for a meet and greet, take a photo and brush its fur. Please see our Extras. Sorry no dogs or any other animals to be brought onto the property. We love to accommodate families, so our campsites allow for up to 4 people, with up to 10 extras. we can accommodate 3 family groups but all must be the one group. This is an exclusive camp site as we don’t mix groups. ( no strangers camping on the property at the same time)Family and friends together and no strangers next to you. Please note - Not suitable when wet – please message us prior to booking if you’re unsure about the weather. Toilet can be arranged at campers request with notice. To be discussed if needed. As we have horses here this is not a party property but for families to escape the rat race in a safe, fun environment. Cans and recyclable products are prefered. Broken glass is dangerous for our horses and other campers.

      The pictures were very encouraging however the proximity to a busy road with trucks and motorbikes that echoed through the horse paddock from 6am were unsettling.

      10/10 host, property and farm animals! Stayed with a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were invited to swim in the creek which was beautiful and the host was absolutely fantastic!! Would highly recommend this camping spot and will be returning.
