Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Property is 2.5 acres of picturesque rural land surrounded by mature trees and fruit. Creek and small Dam to cool off the dogs. Named after a magnificent mature Figtree behind house. Offering small firepit (subject to weather conditions). Occasionally horses in paddocks nextdoor and often frequented by Wallabies at dawn and dusk.Our property is a quiet little patch of rural tranquility set on 2.5 acres and only a 6 minute drive to Yeppoon town centre.  We are only 4 minutes drive to the 4WD-able Farnborough Beach and Byfield National Park (technically a Rainforest) is nearby too. Rain permitting we have a small Dam nearby to cool the dogs off. There is plenty of open space for setting up your RV or Tent with plenty of trees for shade too.  We also have a firepit available subject to weather/wind conditions. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash. We have rescue dogs ourselves but property is NOT fenced. We have a 'Hidden Fence' to keep dogs on property and would prefer to keep our dogs separate.  Bore water available, but suggest bringing your own drinking water.

Awesome little spot
Fig Tree Cottage Camping
Loved staying here !! Super cute setup with a table and fairy lights, really nice to camp for a couple nights and in a great spot (Byfield national park and the keppel islands are super close) Host is so lovely and happy to help with anything- stoked with our stay, went above and beyond

Phenomenal place to stay, Clint and Sarah were amazing hosts providing warm and clean and picturesque place to stay at Fig Tree Cottage. Ill 100% be back there way on my travels again.
