Yeppoon waterfront offers numerous cafes and bars, a water play area and infinity pool.

Great place with lots of space , friendly owners and beautiful location not too far from civilisation . The amenities were shared ie both men and women use the same bathroom so if your shy about pooping in a cubicle next door to someone else of the opposite sex it might be an issue . This plus the fact that the only shower cubicle ( which was lockable ) was 5m long and 1.5 wide with two shower heads left me with a few questions lol . Great pressure and loads of hot water gave a good shower . Good rec room pool table and board games etc . Oven for the Sunday roast if you fancy it and you can buy fresh farm eggs . The pool looked very inviting but being winter I chickened out being 5 degrees at night . I would recommend this place , just be a little open minded about the bathroom situation.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely site down by the trees and nice atmosphere. Quiet during the day and as the sun goes down, the fairy lights come up around the park. Nice hot showers and a short drive to town or the beach.

Peacefull camp, only stayed for one night. Had a quiet time. Clean ablution, lovely facilities. Large, private sites. Friendly host. Will definitely be back again

It’s ok for what it is, expensive compared to CP’s in the area. Don’t expect any mobile phone service until you get at least 4 kilometres from the site on the main road. Same goes for TV reception.

Conveniently located 15 mins from Yeppoon, we loved our stay at Jason’s property. Cabin had everything we needed and was a great break from camping. Jason was very welcoming and We really appreciated being able to bring our dog as well!

This peaceful and well-maintained park offers a variety of accommodation options, from powered and unpowered campsites to comfortable cabins. The friendly owners and the park's focus on community make it a truly special place to stay. Pros: * Peaceful and serene atmosphere: Elysium Retreat & Stays is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The park is surrounded by nature, and the only sounds you'll hear are the birds singing and the wind rustling through the trees. Al incredibly welcoming and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Elysium retreat, our caravan was old but clean and with a cozy shaded under cover area. The pool, grounds, kitchen and amenities also spotless. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you soo much for accommodating us

We were just passing through on our way down the coast, and wow, what a place! We want to come back and stay longer. The host was super friendly, beautiful grounds with luscious greenery and fantastic facilities. And just a short drive to town. Would definitely recommend!

We Arrived at 6:30 being greeted by the property manager, he was cool and helped us plug in our power, the place is absolutely divine with a hall that includes a pool table, dart board and kitchen area with a table that you can enjoy a meal at with your family, there wasn’t much light so the property manager bought us a down a big torch to help us be able to see. In the morning he came down and greeted us with a puppy who got the good morning scratches from me and my family. This is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay I will definitely back to visit again.

This camp site was the best one we stayed at our whole trip down the coast. The site has a cool old school vibe along with beautiful greenery and great amenities. All of that to be said, Yvonne and Terry were the best part of our stay. They came and greeted us, helped us with our camper and had us over for dinner. Lovely people who made us feel at home. We would 100% stay here again.

The grounds and gardens of the camp were beautifully kept and as I was the only camper there it had a nice sense of privacy. The absolute best part about this spot was the hosts, Terry and Yvonne. Terry warmly greeted me as I arrived and he offered to give me a tour of Yeppoon as I said I was headed out to look around by myself. We had a great afternoon and I felt he really went above and beyond what would be expected at any camp. Later in the evening we met up for a beer and a chat, along with Yvonne, and they were great company. The downside of the place was the wifi, which only stretched to just outside the rec room and not to the campsite at all. Also, if other people were camping, the showers would’ve been awkward as there were two showers, both in the same cubicle, only 2 flush toilets (2 more eco toilets elsewhere) and it all was unisex. The price was also a little high for what I’ve been paying but Terrys tour made that worth the price alone.

We stayed one night on the trip up north and knew it would be a late arrival. Jason let the managers (Yvonne and Terry) know as it was past 6pm, and they were waiting for us with a large torch and a plate of nibbles. They helped us get settled in and were available if we needed anything. Later that evening we used the main communal area which had a pool table and darts board. In the morning Terry took us for a tour of the site, and we played with their gorgeous dog and chatted before heading off. The site is off the beaten track and a wonderful piece of paradise if you want to be surrounded by nature.
