À great welcoming and generous vibe from Jocelyne and Peter. Many thanks! Being able to use the house amenities is a luxury, feeling part of the person's hosted there in full with access to library, common kitchen, bathroom and shower. Highly recommend,,,

Peters place is an amazing 1928 art deco guesthouse. We stayed in the lovely tropical garden and wished we were inside. We had the use of a private bathroom and the general kitchen. We definitely recommend Peters place to other hipcampers. It is quiet and private and a short walk to some very authentic Italian deli/cafes.

Amazing grand home. Beautiful gardens. Although the price was a bit more than other camp spots we had our own bathroom which made it quite reasonable. We had the use of the full kitchen. There was a laundry which we were welcome to use. There were about 12 other guests staying there and everybody was very friendly. 3 cute dogs. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. I would happily live there permanently.

We had a lovely stop over at Cullen’s Guest House. A flat grassy spot in the lush gardens of a beautiful heritage building. Bathroom facilities and use of guest house kitchen were a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place with fantastic owners who couldn't enough to help us. Really close to towns and shops, pubs etc. it is a small place you are basically staying in a very large and beautiful (and flat) back garden. Perfect stop for the night, great if your looking to get away from the crowds.

Our host Peter was very welcoming. We were provided with power and water and, being a Guest House, we had the use of their fabulous kitchen, laundry, toilets and shower inside their air conditioned house.
Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.
2 min drive to Ingham CBD.

Five stars. A lovely building in a wonderful garden, owned by exceptional hosts. Enough room for a dog to run around, and located within walking distance to the main strip where the local fish and chippery plays a strong game.

There’s no better place to stay than Peter’s and his family’s house. I cannot describe how welcoming this family is. We felt at home even though we stayed there for only 1 night. We visited with our campervan and every single thing we could ever need was there. Peter’s wife went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was so interesting and I’m sure there’s an interesting story behind it. Thank you Peter, I am sure we will come back here one day for a longer stay!

A lovely spot to stay for our overnighter in Ingham. Met by Peter the host & able to choose where we wanted to park in the beautiful garden. A pleasant walk to check out the main street

Loved the flat grassed camping area. I thought the place was going to be a bit remote but it was a short walk to town.
The host excellent and friendly, the facilities were fantastic.
Loved the house and would very happily stay here again. Dog loved the company and the big yard.

Cullen Guest House was a perfect place to stop overnight with a rooftop tent. Host Jocelyn was very welcoming..we were hooked up with power, fantastic use of kitchen, lounge & bathroom.The gardens & facilities are immaculate. We were grateful to be able to admire this historic building & walk to town. Wonderful Hostess. We will visit again. Thank you Jocelyn & Co.

This was a wonderful place to pitch my tent after a long day's driving. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and I was very grateful for the shower and kitchen access. The entire property was immaculately presented. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return if in the area again. Thank you Peter and co.!

Peter and his family at Cullen Guest House and Rest stop could not have been more welcoming and the camping area was perfect for our 3 swags, tent and awning. We were able to use the very large kitchen and lounge area with a fabulous pool table which kept us entertained.
It really was a perfect spot and a short stroll
into town for some lovely seafood. The ambience was so calm and relaxing.
We cannot recommend it highly enough. If camping is not your thing the guesthouse looks wonderful too.

Came for a few days and I’m still here, extending my stay. I wasn’t meant to be in Ingham for so long but so glad to have come here. Hosts are very welcoming and have made us feel very comfortable. One of the hardest things to find when travelling is accommodation that is pet friendly. Thank you Peter for the very warm welcome.

Quiet place, beautiful garden, the owner is very friendly. The shower and bathroom are clean, you can hooked up water and electricity. In the morning we even use his kitchen 😁
First time I use hipcamp to camp in a place and it was perfect ! I recommend this place for all the people who want to discover and travel around Ingham (Wallaman falls 50 minutes drive from Peter house)
