Kids stay free!!! Experience the best of both worlds as you enjoy the charm of the country in beautifully landscaped surrounds, or go for a quick drive to stunning Coolum Beach (only 15 mins) away and other world class tourist attractions. Australia Zoo, Noosa National Park, Terella Brewing and Petting Zoo (5mins drive), Sea Life, Eumundi Markets, Aussie World, Ginger Factory and Cooloola Berries. Eumundi Conservation Park is only 300m away with 30kms of walking and mountain biking trails. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Here you can enjoy easy access to pull up and park, with your site overlooking our large dam and fire pit. Go for a paddle in our Host supplied kayaks or enjoy drinks by the Dam at sunset as you watch the horses, ducks and kangaroos in their natural habitat. You must love dogs! We have a beautiful Maremma dog on site who is friendly and does an awesome job watching over the house, the horses and our guests! Unfortunately due to this, we can't allow guests to bring their own dogs.

      Coolum Beach Country Paradise
      A beautiful place with such beautiful hosts. Overlooking a perfect landscaped dam + natural scenery, it was unreal to just sit, relaxed and listen to the peaceful environment. Plenty of ducks and horses to play with. Also, Fabe let us put the kayak in the dam and our 2 year loved swimming. The hosts are very genuine and great to speak with. Not far from the beach, but with the luxury of being in the bush with nature.

      Spectacular setting
      Coolum Beach Country Paradise
      We had a wonderful family private stay on The Sanctuary grounds. Pristine condition with spacious layout. The fire pit, horses, canoes and views were all a highlight.

      Coolum Beach Country Paradise
      We had a wonderful time, it is such a beautiful location right next to the dam. It was close to everything and a very convenient base camp to visit the coast. Fabe and Jeff were very hospitable and we also got to spend time with their friendly Maremma dog Solomon. We would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to free camp and would definitely love to stay again soon.

      What a fantastic place to stay. The hosts Geoff & Fabe were great.The site was perfectly groomed, right next to the dam which is perfect for a swim. 30kms of walking/mountain biking or horse riding trails just a few hundred metres away. Coolum Beach is an easy drive away. We will definitely be back. Thanks heaps Geoff & Fabe
