The camping spot was great and there is only 2 spots so it won't be chaotic if you are a big group, bit of walk to access the toilet facilities

Lovely little camp site for the night, really welcoming host and amenities were clean and the shower was hot. Right next to the Bruce highway si it worked well for us as we are travelling North all week.

It was a lovely big area to camp with our van. The fire pit area was nice and the toilets were very clean and modern although it was a bit of a walk to get to them.

What a gorgeous set up right down to the private fire pit and solar lights. Excellent bathroom facilities and lots of green space. Kanwal met me on arrival and helped me get settled in which was great. I'm already planning another, longer stay with the ladies.

Very nice camp site with only 2 sites. Loved the solar lights at nights and the peacefulness and tranquillity. Shower and toilet available if required. The only thing that let them down was they do not allow you to arrive before 2pm unless you pay an extra $10 which allows you to enter at 1pm instead. People next camp were vacated by 0800 both days and very little clean-up required.

Kanwal was an excellent host, sent photos of what to look for on turning in to aid finding camp, met us on arrival, the campsite is spacious and surrounded by rainforest, loved the fairy lights and fire pit. Bathroom was a bonus. During the day there is a slight hum of traffic from the highway but totally peaceful at night. Our dog loved lying on the extensive green grass after weeks of dirt roads ! Much bigger gap between the two sites than I had envisaged which was an added bonus

Kanwal was a good host , after an introduction to the place left us to it .
Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we felt the shower toilet needs improvement.
The closest dump point Babinda , 15 minuets away .
The noise from the Bruce Hwy , may be an issue for some people .

Beautiful location, close to Cairns, lovely mowed grass, and a toilet, shower and washing machine if you need. These amenities were very clean. The only thing that lets this place down is the road noise from the Bruce Highway and the heavy diesel locomotives on the rail line, both very close to the this location.

Awesome vibe at this private but well situated site. Lovely modern bathroom amenities, fairy lights to make camping more dreamy, and readily available property manager. My partner and I stayed one night, we certainly will be back, well worth the stay!

This is a beautiful place to stay over. We loved the festoon lights with having a fire and privacy after a day out to Green Island. The farm was easy to find and only half hour drive from blue lagoon. Really recommend staying here and was perfect for us visiting the Babinda boulders and Josephine falls the next morning. The bathroom was nice to have and Kanwal is really friendly. Thank you so much😀

Had an amazing stay here and it was definitely our favourite place we've stayed yet. The host was incredibly nice. The designated fire pit, chairs and hanging lights where perfect. The hot shower and bathroom was really nice. Would highly recommend this hipcamp!

What a wonderful calm and peaceful old lychee farm. I had the pleasure of solo camping for two nights. I was greeted by Kanwal who showed me around the property and then left me to my own personal time. The view was stunning. I got to see a Cassowary in the wild. Shooting stars and a gorgeous sunset. Fire pit was a lovely gesture with free wood to use. Thxs for having me and I look forward to returning again one day soon.

Needs to have better signage from highway to access property . Could put a sign on the back of Hipcamp sign would help a lot . Amenities need to be finished off . Very clean and tidy place and quite .

The campsite is beautiful! Kanwal was incredibly supportive, and his communication was excellent. We were really unlucky with the weather on our trip, but Kanwal went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even offering alternative accommodation options to support us 😊 Looking forward to our next stay!

Had a really great camp over Easter at Chhaya. The site is really beautiful, the dog had a great time, the the facilities are very nice! The site having posts and solar lighting made setting tarps up and lighting at night really easy. kanwal, the host, is very friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back again!

We loved staying here, Kanwal made sure we had everything we needed and more (fresh coconuts for example). The amenities are undergoing a big overhaul which is nice, the shower is already new.
The ambience was great. All you could hear at night were the animals out in the forest, we had hoped to see some but weren‘t as lucky.
Tip: bring a torch if you don‘t want to step on a toad when you go to the toilet at night.
