have 200 acres which incorporates rocky mountain and paddocks. There is a walking track around the paddocks or you can bush walk the bush track. We also back on to the Dananbilla national park which is 35 square kilometres. A running spring fed creek with yabbies and watercress and small water hole in creek for a dip with small water fall. We back on to 35 square kms of national park called Dananbilla. You can see kangaroos, wallaby, wombat and if lucky akidna , goanna , lace monitor and many varieties of birds. Great cell phone service with optus and telstra but not Vodafone. Can charge your phone ,just bring your lead and power plug. Plenty of firewood for your stay from fallen dead branches. The mountain has the origional trig station for the area on top from early 1800s with beautifull views. We cater for all size vehicles. Meals are priced per person, and must be purchased with booking for our planning. [xxxxxxxx]

Campers can enjoy a camp fire, see wallabies, kangaroos & wombats, sometimes wild deer, goanna, monitors and more. We have seen no snakes on the property in over 30 years. 9 hole golf course up the lane for golf lovers. 1/2 hr from Cowra to see the Japanese gardens, 20 minutes from young, 20 minute drive to see Landra Castle.  We back on to 35 square kms of national park.  You can empty your portaloo 5 minutes down the road at rest stop

We had an amazing time! Neville & Elizabeth are fantastic people & welcomed us like family! The nightly wombat visits were so entertaining! The beautifully kept large camp sites gave plenty of privacy. The kids loved to explore the creek & surrounding bushland everyday, so much space to hide & play.

Just a lovely peaceful spot. We had a quick stop over, paddock all on our own. Easy campfire meal and post meal wander down around the creek. Neville is an absolute legend and incredibly welcoming and hospitable.

Neville is an excellent host. He met us at the gate. He offered us a portaloo if we needed one. Plenty of firewood around. Quiet it is just off the road but it is not to busy. 2wd accessible. Quiet bushland which meant lots of family bonding, fires, board games and belting out the tunes. Creek is low at moment lots of bamboo in waterway. Neville has great plans to restore the creek.

Neville was at the gate to meet me and for a solo traveller that does not like to depend in google lol this was the start of a great experience. The area was quite and peaceful great for relaxing reading a book and watching the wild life .

I enjoyed Tent camping on Neville's property along the creek. While this site was near a road, there was very little traffic so the site still felt private and relaxing. Look forward to staying again sometime 😊

Had a great couple of days camping at Neville's place. Nice big flat grassy area to set up, right near a lovely little creek, it was near a road but hardly any traffic you don't really notice it. Neville was very accommodating, checked in via message and was available any time we had questions and gave us great info on the area. He also left us some firewood for our first night and delivered a loo to the site as well! Great walking tracks, very peaceful, really enjoyed our stay.

Neville helped us get our drone down from 12 m up a gum tree, used his climbing gear . Relaxed check out and check in . Was a great location . Could access Young 30min away and access Iandra castle viewing. We made big fires from wood in the area . Just a great spot if you have a 4x4 or not .

Had a great time over Easter long weekend on Neville’s property. Neville was very inviting and friendly he even gathered some fire wood for everyone for the first night. Japanese gardens are about 35mins drive away and the is a great waterhole/waterfall about 15mins away. Track to the waterfall requires small suv or bigger. I got there with a Subaru Forester. Sites are flat and the is plenty of wood in the nearby woods

The bird life at the site was incredible. You're close to a road but it's quiet & makes getting to the site easy. Neville is quick to answer the phone & generous with this time & sharing local knowledge

Waimanu Marae
Thank you Neville and Elizabeth for welcoming us so warmly to your property. Very easily accessible with a 2WD and camper trailer - the area along the creek was slashed and very comfortable. We loved the porta-loo so close and plenty of accessible firewood to collect. It was a great spot to base ourselves to explore Cowra (the Japanese Gardens are lovely and dog friendly) and Iandra Castle was open on Sunday and a great spot to visit (again, dog friendly - just not inside the house). Neville and Elizabeth are just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The campsites are in a paddock between the creek and a road - but not much traffic at all on the road and was not an issue at all. Loved it and would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you again - it was lovely to meet you both!

Kia ora Nev is a wicked dude really friendly helpful Had some wicked chats with him We had n07 on the creek which he mowed ust for us. Beautiful place nice sunset beautiful trees and wildlife Mosquito's intense but where isn't Thanks for stay nev bro
