Looking for relaxation and peace while being just minutes from the beautiful Wingham township and showground? This small acreage features gum trees, native birds, wildlife, and stunning rural views. Located on a working and showing pony stud farm, we welcome horses and well-behaved dogs. Stables and fully fenced dog areas are available. The accommodation is self-contained and private, with an Australian rustic charm. The cozy dwelling includes a 5 x 8-meter indoor area, along with 6 spacious outdoor sitting areas and 3 BBQs, 1 electric, 1 gas, 1 timber. Stay for two or more nights, and enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine. Travelling with horses? The kitchenette and living area feature all essential cooking facilities, cupboards, and bench areas for preparation. There is a medium fridge with a larger freezer, an extendable dining table that can also serve as a desk, and two comfy lounge chairs with footrests. The open-plan area includes cooling air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a floor fan, wall heaters, and a cozy dog lounge. A large TV is located in the main area and can be viewed from both the lounge and the bedroom. Netflix is available, and the TV runs through the internet. The bathroom is a good size and includes a shower, shelving, a wall heater, a stool, fluffy robes, a hairdryer, personal care packs, shampoo, soap, towels, and other essentials. Laundry amenities include a clothes airer, basket, iron, ironing blanket, pegs, and washing liquid. If you have larger items, you can use the hanging line in the main house yard or visit a laundromat in Taree, which offers affordable rates. The cooking facilities include an oven and cooktop, a microwave, a drip coffee machine with pods, a coffee machine for beans, a coffee bean blender with beans, a kettle, a double toaster, and all essential cooking equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware, oil, and condiments. Perfect for us and the pooch!

Nancy is a fabulous host - she had made sure everything you needed was available! The place was exactly as advertised and the pergola was perfect for an afternoon rest and my dog was more than impressed at having her very own space to run free in.
