Relaxing and quite spot to enjoy your camping adventures or transit camping . Bitumen road to the front gate and only 2min drive to the Tumbarumba town centre. Plenty of space to camp. # Few minutes ride to access iconic Tumbarumba - Rosewood rail trail # Just over 1 hour to selwyn snowfield. # 15 minutes to paddys river water falls # 15 minutes to Mannus lake # Next door to Mt Tumbarumba adventure park # Plenty of bike tracks nearby # 20 minutes to Paddys Dam and several fishing spots nearby # Next to Bega state forest and not far to Maragle state forest. # Blowering Dam # 30 minutes drive to Batlow # Just over 1 hour to Wagga Plesase keep the property tidy and take all the rubbish away with you. No toilet and water/ power or other facilities. There is clean toilets and dump and water point 2 minutes away in the town for public use
