We took the caravan for a weekend trip away and we were absolutely thrilled with the Showgrounds and the Tyalgum village. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Beautiful outlook surrounding the park.
We had a great time at the local hotel, great place to check out for dinner and a couple of drinks. Tyalgum Is a lovely town definitely worth a visit

Great facilities, well kept grounds, very clean amenities, stones throw to Tyalgum township, near the creek, beautiful view of Wollumbin and Amy the host was very accommodating and welcoming, loved it.

I loved the camp site at Tyalgum show grounds the views were amazing the amenities were top notch. There were campers all around and they all respected everyone else.

The camp grounds have luscious green grass as well as good solid areas for caravans. Amenities were well maintained and new.
The views were sensational.
Cool swim down in the creek and
an amazing feed at the bestest pub and Tyalgum overall a little gem.

We took our campervan and stayed for three days. Good facilities, close walk to shops. Close to a pond where you could possibly see a platypus in the wild. The township of Tyalgum is very friendly. Great food at the Tyalgum hotel (pub) and Flutterbees. The campgrounds themselves are pleasant. We shared the weekend with many other campers. Very quiet and peaceful place. Many level sites both powered and uncovered available. Toilet facilities are clean and well kept. All in all, a great place for a relaxing holiday.

Great view. You are in the middle of a valley. You can see mountains in the background. There is a stream and a short bushwalk path right next to the campground. Since the town is also nearby, you could even go around the town for quick nibbles or an ice cream.

Everything was neat and tidy. Showers and toilets great. Electricity and water access easy, can empty RV toilets before leaving. Great little town.
Just wish there was a pool or a swimming stream.

Lovely area, not a lot for kids to do.
Beautiful night sky! Next to none light pollution around.
A great high Tea Cafe 5mins walk away also.

Beautiful view of Mt Warning. In the morning cows came into the nearby field. There are platypus living in the nearby weir water storage area.
There is good grass cover and the ground is flat so it is good for tents.
The toilets and showers were good. There is also a camp kitchen with some facilities to cook if you do not have your own stove. There is a lot of undercover tables to eat at the kitchen area.
Host was very nice.
They have fire pits, but they are quite small so it is difficult to fit a decent fire. They sell firewood on site for $25 for 20kg. The firewood burned well, but most of the pieces were too large, and we did not have an axe to cut them.

We stayed two nights in our camper van at tyalgum camp ground and what a beautiful peaceful place lovely swimming down by the river clean amenities great access to the town and a well set up camp kitchen , hope to stay again .

What a great spot, the camp grounds are very well maintained, the amenities were very clean nice and quiet location waking distance to the town of tyalgum witch has a cafe, shops and a pub with excellent meals

It was such a beautiful place!
The shower and bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained.
However, there was no phone signal or internet connection.
Vodafone users, please keep that in mind!
I also left a chat message saying I’d be checking in late, but no action was taken, which was a bit disappointing.
If the signal is this weak, it would be nice if Wi-Fi were provided.

Easy to find, all the amenities needed - showers, toilets, kitchen. Friendly fellow campers and a great pub, cafe and historic buildings all walkable from the campsite. Great to wake up and hear the cows in the paddock next door too

Great caravan park to stay at! Nice new looking bathrooms and kitchen block as well as a 2 minute walk from the creek which is nice to swim in if it’s full enough

WHAT AN AMAZING LOCATION! This space is perfect for all types of travelers. The amenities are some of the best I've seen with filtered tank water in bathrooms. The camp kitchen has everything you may need including cookware. The sites are pristine. Gaylene was a fantastic host, hospitalpal, warm, welcoming. The site is in walking distance of shops, pubs, creek access and bushwalking. Will Book again ! Thank you Gaylene

Nice campground with good facilities. It might get hot in summer without trees around. I would suggest to delimit the areas so people understand what their boundaries are. Some people arrived the day after us and instead of setting up on the corner where the previous people were, parked right 20 cm from our kitchen area. We were cooking right next to their car.
