We’re just eight minutes from shops, beaches, and a medical clinic in Anna Bay, 15 minutes from Nelson Bay, and only a short stroll down the road to Murrays Winery (B Farm). Whether you’re seeking a convenient spot to stop over, time connecting with nature or adventure along the coast, Tinker Farm offers the perfect sanctuary.

Our Sunridge Camp Site is an easily accessible, sunny open space located at the front of the property alongside the main driveway, approximately 25 meters from the main road. There’s plenty of room for motorhomes, trailers, and tents, making it ideal for all kinds of campers. This spot is ideal for those traveling with horses seeking nearby beach rides. Basic Horse Paddock Agistment available (upon request) for short stays. Offering short beautiful on site bush trails within our property. A short stroll takes you to our basic outdoor bathroom facilities, and a fire pit is available for use when fire bans are not in place. Enjoy the convenience of a spacious site surrounded by nature, with everything you need close at hand.

This site is exactly as described in the listing. It is a simple site that was an ideal stopover for us. It is well located, an easy drive to local areas including Shoal Bay. Plenty of space between pitches so we had our own little spot. No complaints from us. We were aware of the proximity to the road, so used ear plugs and had an undisturbed night's sleep. Can't speak to the facilities as we didn't use them. It may not be for everyone but I think Anouke and Sacha have been clear about the site and what to expect.

The spot was ok. Enough privacy, however.. the add said it's a farm, but you're sleeping along side the highway, just behind two lines of trees. It was so noisy, that I couldn't sleep. The site had lots of sand which supposed to help with pinning down the tent, but there was so much of it, that mild gust of wind was able to pull the pegs out. Lastly, it was on the slope, so you feel like sleeping on the hill, so make sure you have only half a cup filled, or it will spill.

I liked the atmosphere of the property. Nice, Quiet and secluded. Can fit 2 cars on one site and multiple tents. Also really liked the fire pit on the site. Would come back.

Peaceful and secluded campsite even in the middle of school holidays. Very helpful hosts. Great location, a few mins from Anna Bay, Nelson Bay and Stockton Sands etc. There is a bit of road noise at night, but not enough to stop anyone from sleeping. Was a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend to others, and plan to go back ourselves.

We arrived at the site and realised the campsites are basically next to a busy road in a far from nice environment. Sasha was very nice and refunded our stay when we didn’t want to stay there. Would not recommend unless you want something just for the night and do not care about the noise and surroundings.

Really enjoyed camping here! Feels very remote and tranquil in evening/night. Perfect place to just stop for a night to get away from the busy holiday parks - we had the place to ourselves, made a bonfire and bbq food, all in all a great experience.
