Surfside Cudmirrah Beach is a small family-owned and operated holiday park located on beautiful Cudmirrah Beach. At times, Cudmirrah feels like a secret little hamlet that no one has ever heard of (it’s pronounced Cud-mee-rah). Located near the township of Sussex Inlet, right next door to Berrara and surrounded by Conjola National Park, visitors to Cudmirrah Beach are spoilt for choice with many options for enjoying the outdoors. Cudmirrah Beach is ideal for long beach walks at any time of year, you can either walk north to Sussex Inlet (and take the dog who will love you for it) or south to Berrara then all the way to Bendalong if you are feeling adventurous!

We offer a limited number of powered camp sites so we can maintain a relaxed and spacious feel during your stay. Call or e-mail us when you book to let us know your requirements so we can position you in the most suitable spot available. The sites all offer direct access to Cudmirrah Beach. Our air conditioned, renovated caravan and annex with ensuite offers a more budget friendly option while still maintaining a bit of luxury. Inside the caravan is a queen bed and a king single bed as well as a wardrobe and small cold water sink and microwave for those early morning cuppas when you aren't quite ready to face the outdoors. The annex has a 3 seater lounge, smart TV and a day bed with a single trundle bed underneath. The spacious ensuite has a toilet, shower and hand basin. It also features a north facing undercover outdoor patio with a kitchen including a gas Weber Q, locked cupboards stocked with plates, cups, glassware, cutlery, kettle, toaster, portable electric cooktop, electric frypan and pots and pans. There is an outdoor setting that seats five and the patio can be fully enclosed with clear roll down blinds keeping it cosy in winter.

A great option for a budget family holiday, this caravan and annex with ensuite sleeps 5. Recently renovated and featuring a double bed in the caravan and a single bunk, king single bed and sofa in the annex. There is a kitchenette in the caravan with microwave, kettle and toaster and a full sized fridge / freezer in the annex. The kitchenette is fully equipped with plates, cups, glassware, cutlery, portable electric cooktop, pots and pans, electric frypan. The outdoor kitchen has a sink and gas Weber Q and we recommend doing your cooking outdoors to keep cooking smells out of the caravan. Quality linen and towels are supplied, just bring your beach towels. Smart TV with Netflix and lounge in the annex and a large covered verandah with outdoor setting at the front to relax under. The outdoor kitchen has a sink and Weber Q. WIFI access also available.

Our Surfside cabins that sleep 4 are north facing with two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two long singles that can be combined into a King bed to accommodate a family of four or two couples. The kitchens feature a caesarstone benchtop, double sink, electric cooktop, built in microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. Quality linen and towels are provided. Gorgeous artwork on the walls, a koala brand comfy sofa and a sunny covered deck to watch the world go by complete with electric Weber BBQ. An outdoor hot and cold shower in the gated courtyard is ideal after a day at the beach. These are for those holiday makers that like a little bit of luxury by the sea. There are five of these cabins in a row so they are also great for getting away with a group while still maintaining your own family's private space.

Our Surfside Cabin (sleeps 5) is just metres away from beautiful Cudmirrah Beach and overlooks the adjacent bushy sand dunes and grassy camping area. With beautiful raked ceilings both inside and on the outside covered patio, the cabin feels cosy and spacious at the same time. Two large north facing windows in the living and dining make the cabin feel bright and sunny and also capture the north easterly breeze. This is the perfect laid back, coastal holiday cabin, ideal for a family of five.

Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and set of single bunks for the kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a nice deep bath for soaking with a shower overhead and also a washing machine and dryer. A gas Weber Q and plenty of outdoor seating make this cabin perfect for larger families or groups of friends. Complete with smart TV and air conditioning.

We had lovely 4 nights at Surfside, the powered was level with concrete pad. Power, water and waste close. The amenities were modern and clean. Overall I was so impressed, our stay surpassing any caravan park we’ve stayed at since being on the road for 13 weeks. The beach is stunning.

We enjoyed our experience at Cudmirrah Beach, the concrete slabs were great, nicely spaced, new and in great condition. The amenities were spotless and clean. The location to the beach is mint! We went in winter and had the beach to ourselves. Kangaroos coming through the area at dusk and morning were nice . The only downside is there isn’t any shops close - so bring supplies in with you. Although this also makes the spot nice and quiet. Would love to go back in the summer.

I loved teardrop camping at Surfside Cudmirrah Beach. The facility was very well maintained. The showers had strong water pressure and hot water. The toilets were clean. The powered site P5 was nice and spacious. The beach is stunning and pretty much secluded this time if year. I do wish I could bring my own firepit and not pay $10 a night, that said, not a deal-breaker. Would easily return annually.

Surfside Cudmirrah had a very welcoming and relaxed vibe. Our campsite had ample space with leafy surrounds and only a short stroll down the beach track to a stunning beach. It’s within close proximity to Sussex Inlet, for groceries, pub, RSL, restaurants etc. The facilities were clean and well cared for. Would happily recommend and stay again.

Surfside Caravan 2
My friends and I love our stay in the Surfside Caravan! It was so much more spacious and well equiped that we realised, which made for a really comfortable and relaxing stay, and the unique character as a 'caravan' added to the fun. The proximity to the beach was so nice (3 minutes walk to see the sunrise over the water!) and it was also a good location to do a day at Booderee National Park from.

The location is amazing. A lush and beautiful area with very close proximity to the beach. The ambient noise of the wildlife and surf made it very difficult to leave and it was a great change to city life. My hosts and their staff were very kind and helpful, as were the locals.
