Located just 7 minutes from central Jindabyne and 35 minutes from Perisher or Thredbo, our 5-acre property is a peaceful and private base for your next snow trip, mountain biking adventure, or high-country getaway. Set on spacious grounds with stunning views of the Snowy Mountains, the property offers three unique campsite options, each on a flat area with easy access for caravans, motorhomes, and other large vehicles: 1. Mountain Nest Tucked into a sheltered garden setting with beautiful mountain views, this site includes power and drinking water access 2. Sunrise Ridge Elevated to catch the first light of day and overlook the valley, this powered site offers excellent mobile reception and the strongest Wi-Fi signal on the property. 3. Dalgety Views A private, unpowered site with peaceful rural views and plenty of space for both motorhomes and vehicles. Drinking water is available nearby. This site offers extra privacy and is perfect for guests who are fully self-contained. All guests must be fully self-contained with their own toilet and shower setup, including grey and black water management. Additional Features: - Wi-Fi available at all sites (strongest at Sunrise Ridge) - Rubbish disposal facilities - Large paddocks for children to explore and play - Friendly on-site hosts available to greet you on arrival Please note: - Power is available at Mountain Nest and Sunrise Ridge only - Fire pits and picnic tables are available on request - No pets allowed We look forward to hosting you in this peaceful and picturesque part of the Snowy Mountains. Located just 7 minutes from central Jindabyne and 35 minutes from Perisher or Thredbo, our 5 acre property is the idyllic setting for your next ski or mountain biking holiday. You will stay on a flat area in a garden setting within a 5 acre property with stunning views to the north east. The campsite location is situated within a garden setting, offering privacy from the host location (the main house) on the property. Drinking water access available. You will need to be fully self-contained with your camping toilet and shower - grey and black water.  You will have your own designated fire-pit area and private picnic table for use. There is access to rubbish facilities, wifi and drinking water. There is access to other paddocks for children to play. Located just 7 minutes from central Jindabyne, offering a wide range of activities, amenities and shopping. The campsite is 2WD accessible and we welcome caravans, motorhomes and other large camping vehicles. Your friendly hosts are located on site and will be available during check-in and departure. No pets please.

Positioned to catch the first light of day, you’ll wake to golden sunrises and uninterrupted vistas across the high country. Enjoy excellent free wifi and mobile reception at this higher vantage point, perfect for staying connected. The site is slightly removed from the main camping area, offering added privacy while still providing easy access to power (BYO 20m outdoor extension lead) and drinking water. The site is 2WD accessible and welcomes caravans, motorhomes and other large camping setups. Facilities include: • Power access (BYO outdoor extension lead) • Drinking water • Wifi • Rubbish facilities • Excellent mobile reception • Space for children to explore and play in adjacent paddocks Please note: Campers must be fully self-contained with their own toilet and shower (grey and black water must be taken off-site). Pets are not permitted. Located just 7 minutes from the centre of Jindabyne and only 35 minutes to Perisher or Thredbo, this is the perfect base for skiing, hiking, mountain biking or simply enjoying the alpine surrounds. Your friendly hosts live on site and will be available to greet you on arrival and assist during check-in and departure.

Amazing Retreat in Snowy Mountains!

Sunrise Ridge – Elevated Privacy
Amazing private retreat with lovely elevated views and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. We had a resident bunny, a joey and mum for company in the day, a possum up in the trees at night. We were well settled down in our campervan with access to a power and water point. Hugely grateful to our wonderful host, Kelly who was super helpful with great tips on stops on our journey down and visits at Jindabyne. Thanks to her, I got my first snow experience at Charlotte Pass. Thanks Kelly, for hosting us. We certainly will be back!

We loved our stay. Our camping area was at the back of the block with a space big enough to accomodate our 19ft expands caravan. Power and water a short distance away. The view was great. Contact with the host was easy. I would recommend this and we will return.

Kelly’s place was fantastic! Gorgeous views over Jindy, private and safe. Kelly was quick to respond to messages and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Sunrise Ridge – Elevated Privacy
A spacious, peaceful and private garden setting, and less than 10 minutes to town. So much better than being crammed into a caravan park. Kangaroos and rabbits share the garden, and we even saw a deer jump the fence and run through early one morning.
